We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe cleanliness in the room was lacking BIG time. They claimed they were cleaning all the rooms prior to check-in but the floors were dirty, mold in-around the toilet, hair on the bed sheets, the list could really go on. I did not feel clean at all in my room. Since it's an extended-stay type of hotel, they don't clean your room or give you new towels unless you stay for at least 2 weeks.
Nothing. The only thing to relatively like is that it was available to be booked during a big game weekend. Large parking lot with plenty of room to park. Besides that, no redeeming qualities.

United StatesIf I had known that there was no cooking implements for the kitchenette (and perhaps that is tribal knowledge for those who stay at extended stay hotels a lot), I would have stayed elsewhere. I have really learned my lesson here, in seeing what the amenities are before booking and reading other reviews. I guess I take for granted a coffee maker, a toaster, shampoo for the shower, dishes and utensils. It may have been the cheapest in town, but I got exactly what I paid for.
Location was OK for what I needed. I liked the full size refrigerator (even if it was extremely noisy). The hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower bathtub and was really hot. There is throttled free wifi, good for email and general internet surfing, not so good for streaming. I had good 5G cellular connection at this location for streaming.

United StatesThe receptionist that checked us in was extremely rude and set the atmosphere for the whole stay. Brenda that came in later was entirely different and was very nice. Also the remote control did not work. We only could get the Disney channel. Brenda tried to help us but we never got the tv to work. the shower was also difficult to operate. low pressure. Dog next door barked quite a bit during the stay.
Cleanliness, accessibility. Brenda the receptionist was very personable and helpful.

It has happened twice but no one can tell you why you’re on the “no rent list”. Poor customer service. How can you be a VIP GUEST at holiday inn but your not good enough for them.

I walked in and the window was open (to air out the horrible smell, I guess). The entire room had 2 canned lights in the entrance, but no other lamp or light. The toilet was filthy and stained.

No amenities, not enough towels, no shampoo or kitchen supplies, microwave so small couldn’t fit coffee cup in it to heat. Construction in parking lot so everything torn up. Elevator extremely slow such that it was faster to just take stairs. Floor of room was faux wood but not swept clean under bed. Air conditioning unit could not be controlled.
Location was convenient to person we were visiting.

There was roaches in the room spiders..smelled really bad. and was just going to over look all the bad things already just because it was so late but we turned the TV on and only the cvc channel would come on nothing else would work we called and we were literally laughed at.. this was the worst experience of a hotel like I said we demanding our money back and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone..

United StatesThe foyer smelled. The doors wouldn’t operate properly. The hallway floors were sticky. And the rooms were the nastiest rooms I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve stayed in Hotels in 3rd world countries that didn’t have indoor plumbing that were cleaner than the room I stayed in. There was black caked up dirt between the floor tiles. I won’t even go into the bathroom. This place should be shutdown.
