How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Traffic noise, next time I will ask for a room on the other side away from interstate
We brought our own food to cook,but there were no cooking Pans, dishes, cups, bowls, silverware, total empty kitchen. I ask when we left if you were allowed to use the kitchen and they said yes, but you have to bring your own or buy some from us. We decided to not do that ,next time we’ll bring our own.

It was noisy. Especially having a room next to the stairway.
We loved the dog park. The price and location worked great. I liked the full size fridge and stove top in the kitchen. I enjoyed taking hot baths every night too!

Bed cover was thin and bed was stiffer than I’m used to but that’s a personal preference. I am happy I had my own blankets to make bed a little more cozy. Also, there was dog poo all over the property. I was more upset with guests for this. Waste bags and designated areas were provided and easy to find.
Loved the dog park option and staff at check-in.

In an unsavory part of town. Still felt safe, but one can see it heading the way of America’s Best, Clarion, and God-forbid Motel 6.

There wasn't a breakfast and I wish the shower would of been bigger maybe with either a bigger bathtub or bo bathtub at all.
How clean and quiet and really comfortable it warm welcoming for sure.

It’s was a small room only big enough for one chair and several bar stools. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave.

I did not like the noise level. You could hear every little thing. Walls and ceiling were very thin. Dogs barking in the middle of the night and cars honking in the morning. The people above me must have been giving a jazzercise class because there was loud music and stomping for several hours straight.
I loved the staff. Very friendly and helpful

Had a good experience at check-in despite our original room not being ready and the replacement room having unforeseen construction going on, prompting us to be moved into a 3rd room. Things went downhill when a staff member entered our room unannounced in the middle of the night. When bringing up how unethical and unprofessional (and downright dangerous) this behavior was at check-out, the front desk staff expressed zero sympathy or remorse for disturbing our privacy and sleep. Will never stay at this property again.
Brand new and conveniently located next to I-25 and close to Old Town.

Honestly the only con I can think of is definitely the location seems far from stores with affordable food and drink
I especially thought it was convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room so you can make home cooked meals...not to mention the hard wood flooring g makes chores around the house just a little bit easier...and don't get me started on the sleep I get on the beds they provide fanominal...and lastly due to it being the best pro out there the staff all except one was actually real cool and easy to communicate with...for once I wasn't automatically judged upon appearance and I was given the benefit of the doubt when I needed a lil help on the subject of time...

Had to wait 20 plus minutes to be checked in just to be checked into a dirty room. When we went to inform the girl working she sighed and seemed annoyed with the whole interaction. Next room she gave us the toilet was clogged upon entering. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, sheets and pillows were stained. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here.
