Location excellent, right next to the historic center! Good room, basically a good garage although now under repairs. Of two breakfasts, one was so-so, the other very good.

The parking validator was broken the day of check-in so i was not able to use the in and out services car got parked and stayed parked due to this. But it was not awful we were close to everything and the weather wasn't unbearable. So i managed to walk around and it wasn't too long of a walk.

The front desk staff greeted me and were very accommodating.

The restaurant was a challenge. Although very nice the food on the menu was out of stock. The morning wait staff was not even there when we arrived. I went to the desk and asked if the restaurant was even open. It’s sad to not have a breakfast crowd. I think the management was not organized.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and large. It is close to all historic sights and very accommodating. Front desk very friendly.

I called the restaurant twice to place and order and both times hung up on. I wasn't feeling well so getting up to eat downstairs was not an option. It was unfortunate.

Front desk staff were amazing. Great at what they do. The rooms are a smidge dated but the room I was in was very large and clean.

Parking was an extra charge, which is clearly stated when you book. Free parking would have made my day. Our room did not have much of a view. We could not see any of the cool landmarks, only the tops of other buildings. We could not find the stairs to the parking garage and were limited to using the elevator.

The location is unbeatable. We loved the convenience and ease of getting to Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell, and the Ben Franklin museum. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a very comfortable king size bed. The curtains in the room were a bit worn..The staff were exceptional. The best I've encountered anywhere I've stayed. I got the feeling that they genuinely liked being there.

Beds and pillows . Bathrooms were outdated . Breakfast took too long and seating was forced.

Staff wasn't all that friendly of helpful . Beds and pillows were like rocks very uncomfortable. On-site parking was a bonus especially in Phillly . Price was a little high conmaoref to nicer and more accommodating hotels in the area. 7 out of 10.

The price was outrageous. The amenities were lacking for such a high price. Although the location was perfect.

The temperature was hard to control in the room, so it seemed too cold or too warm much of the time. The restaurant was understaffed and its billing software went on the blink and created a real problem for breakfast.

The location is excellent, so close to all the Old City tourist attractions and eateries. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the restaurant is excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean.
