Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Hanoi’s Old Quarters. But most of all we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was. Good choice for me ! I read many good reviews about this hotel on booking. That's why i selected it. The location is not near the beach taking 5 minutes to get there. About room, they upgraded free for me and i have a city view. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and the best impression for me is design. It looks quite simple but luxurious. I just stayed one night so i could not give more feedback. The next time i will book more night because my check out date they were full. :((
