The best thing was the welcome and the service by the Staff. The reception manager Tasos organised everything for us, reserved lunch and dinner for us, gave great recommendations, organised a car and a Catamaran Tour around the volcano for us and treated us very kindly. Thank you Tasos, you are a marvellous host and an outstanding profesionall. Also the cleaning crew received us very kindly, gave us coffee and cake in the morning and were very caring.
