Great hotel, with kind and professional crew, The free shuttle service was very convenient, The view is amazing. The breakfast was really good with great quality and quantity.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. Staff was welcoming and nice, room was comfortable and had a lot of space. Pools and view were smazing and the breakfast was excellent.

The recently renovated Eteoro Suites is located in Imerovigli, near Archaeological Museum of Thera and Megaro Gyzi. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Each room comes with a balcony with sea views and free WiFi. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the suite was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. If you do want privacy the Honeymoon suite is better but all are equally as lovely

La Madeleine is situated in Oia and has a plunge pool and city views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features wellness packages, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The hotel is brand new and is very well located. The rooms and bathrooms are very large, finely decorated and with wonderful private pools. The bed and bath linen are of excellent quality; the bed is King, which I think is very relevant for my choice of hotel. Anna spared no effort to make our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Having a private pool and its decoration makes you not want to leave this place. Yannis' attention from the moment we booked was TOP. He was there to help us with whatever we needed. Organized a transfer from the port to the hotel (even if we asked for it at the very last minute), waited for us at the reception even after it had closed and kindly helped us with our suitcases. Thank you very much, Yan and your family, for all your details and for creating this spectacular place... 100% recommended.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Pnoe Suites and my time there was so amazing I do not know where to start. Think about a time you have had really good customer service, then think about a time you have had amazing customer service, if you multiply that by 10 and add 100 you then get the level of service provided by Fanouria, who is the owner and manager of the hotel :) I went to Santorini in August for a special occasion, it was the first time I would be spending my partner's birthday with him. So the hotel had to be perfect. Santorini has very many beautiful hotels, choosing one was hard, I narrowed it down to 5 and then began to send messages. I sent the same message to Pnoe as I did the other hotels and before I closed my PC on a Sunday evening I had a ping.. The owners had replied, this sealed the deal for me and the choice was made. From there it was a 1:1 service all the way up until we landed. When we arrived a card was placed in the room wishing my partner a very happy birthday weekend. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Fanouria, she helped me arrange a private dinner on the terrace of the hotel, a private car driven tour, balloons and a floating breakfast on his actual birthday. She printed my personalised menus so they would be on the table for dinner and overall acted like a personal VIP service for my entire trip there. Had I not seen the other 5 suites myself, it would be so hard to believe she had any other guests AND a young family as she was just so dedicated to us. The room itself is beautiful beyond words, the pictures do not do it justice, there are so many small details missed that you have to see yourself to experience. My biggest conflict was giving up the cave feel I originally wanted, which I believe captures Santorini, when you actually get to the room you will not find a single sharp corner anywhere!

The personalized care, our host kindness, the clean apartment, daily housekeeping(really), small plate of snacks, the quiet but central location, walking distance restaurant, the fact that all pictures were true to the place were all the things I like and more. I felt safe leaving my 15 years old son inside to go get desert. It is perfect for families.

Everything about our 5-night stay at LF Suites was nothing less than wonderful! - Check-in was a breeze with Evan and he gave all the great tips and dining options at different locations that suited our dietary requirements. - Breakfast served by Piza was always delicious and she even freshly prepared takeaway breakfast for us before we checked out at 5am. - She was also always so cheerful and eager to help; it was just such a joy to see her everyday. Overall, excellent hospitality from the LF team! - The room was clean, modern, spacious and well-thought-of; with all the comforts of home. The location was great as attractions (Oia, Fira, beaches etc) were all only about 15-20mins drive away. And the view of the open sea was just incredible. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and serenity the place offered, especially while we stargazed during the night. It was just a perfect retreat from our usual busy city life!
