The 24h free coffee and bakery items in the lobby were most welcome. The location is excellent as well. 3 min walk to the station, which has two different metro lines. 7 Eleven around the corner. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Nijo castle a short walk away.

Breakfast being included was a bonus serving a variety of food. There’s a really good Ramen place just a 250-400 m walk away. Great food, friendly people. Having coin operated laundry was also a bonus for our family of 4. Staff was very helpful!
