The location is great, the cottage has everything we needed. There were some nice touches when we arrived, cake/tea/coffee/milk etc - so lovely. Everything like house rules etc was very clear. My dad has dementia and the layout was really easy for him to navigate. We loved our stay and will return and definitely recommend! Super special few days away in a lovely home and great garden. Beware if you take a dog the garden isn’t fully enclosed, there’s a patch in the hedge they can get through if you have a little escape artist like ours.

The Totland room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable with a good seaview. A good restaurant The Waterfront was only 100 yards away A selfservice honesty bar with a great choice of wines & spirits etc The hotel was only 5 minutes drive from the ferry .

Added value touches like home baked slices of cake in the room alongside a couple of chocolates and high quality soap, shampoo etc. I’d describe it as under-stated quality as the atmosphere is very relaxed whilst being professional. superb breakfast.

The rooms are to a high and have everything you need and as for the breakfast it was simply superb ! I take my hat off to the chef!! Thank you. The area is very picturesque, and a stone thrown from the beach . Easy accessible around the island and the infamous Needles are on the doorstep to go and see. We will be definitely coming back to visit. Thank you again , highly recommend.
