Air conditioning wasn't work as well as I would have liked. Ice machine broken on our floor

Breakfast was not high end but did the job as a complementary hot breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty sub par for a continental breakfast. Eggs were like a microwaved patty and same with the sausage patty. Too much processed food. I get its a "modified" but we had to eat off location 2/4 mornings.

The bed was soft for me. I like a firm bed. That is really in the only downside I would say, besides the weak coffee which I wrote above. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fine. There was no hot service the day I went for breakfast. The coffee was poor from my perspective. I usually drink capuccinno. The staff were very hospitable and answered questions in a timely and polite manner.

Old air conditioner too close to one of the beds. Mattress is old and too soft, it should be a lot firmer. Concrete from the bottom of the pool is dangerous and destroyed, needs urgent repair.

Excellent cleanliness, lovely staff and great location. Waterslide is super fun, we loved it!

The front desk was confused about requests made to housekeeping. The room closet door was blocked by a bed. Staffing limited breakfast offerings.

I was able to level one charge my EV. Staff were pleasant.

It would have been nice to see refillable shampoo and conditioner in the rooms rather than single use plastic.

A/c did not work in room. Beds were mediocre compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was a "grab and go" very limited. I know other hotels offer full hot breakfast buffets by altering their protocols to accommodate the covid restrictions.

Staff were great. Waterslide was fun. Pool area was clean. Rooms were very quiet. Good parking.

The vanity light was not functional, the bathtub drain was backing up while showering, the showerhead had very poor pressure. I advised the front desk the first night, who told me maintenance would not be in that week. I was told on my first night that housekeeping would clean my room after 2 days. They did go in and make the bed and throw out the garbage, however no towels on the floors were replaced removed or replaced, nor the counter wiped. The hottub was hot, with no jets working.

Breakfast was the standard continental with a waffle maker. Room was clean when I arrived. Staff were friendly. Check in and out were quick and efficient. Location easy to get to highway.

A credit card was mandatory to pay. Breakfast isn't sustainable with the environment with only plastic cuttelery, cups or plates.

Room was clean and spacious, compared to most hotels. Comfortable temperature, usually I find hotel rooms too warm, comfy beds. Pool and especially water slide were a hit with the teens and breakfast was well stocked and not crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Pillows were a little soft but I still had a good sleep.

Breakfast was delicious and I loved the pork breakfast sausages. Some muffins or Danish desserts would have been nice. The lady in charge of breakfast was extremely friendly and all the hotel staff were great!

Advertised as a “King studio: The hot tub and private pool are the standout features of this studio. And was to be equipped with a washing machine”. Apparently the hot tub, private pool and washing machine are shared with all the guests. I felt the advertising was misleading. Had we known we were getting a regular hotel room with a king bed, we would have thought twice about paying the extra money.

Shower controls were not working. The hot water adjustment was terrible. So hot we had cold showers. The staff took our prepared food away from breakfast table when we went back to get a coffee. No excuse since all of the food was untouched and our personal belonging were there? How unaware can U be! I signed up to pay $274.00 for 3 nights and was charged $324.00 for the second and 3rd night. This is unacceptable and I won't ever use Bookings again

The attitude

We booked online, left a note that we had been evacuated and had a small dog with us. Reservation was confirmed and when we arrived we were denied. Luckily we found the last room at another hotel. Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast options are excellent. The hotel never disappoints and is in a good location. We have stayed here multiple times when passing through the area.

my room was full of little ants, small amount in the bathroom on day one but so many by day three when I checked out.....had to take everything home straight to the washer and my truck now has ants 😕.

breakfast was good on the weekends....slim pickings on weekdays. Pool was great for little kids as it is quite shallow.
