First room offered (1211) was smelly and we exchanged to another room.

Unpleasant smell on entering room, was offered two alternative rooms, which also had the same smell so decided to stay in original room as better view, was left a room spray and we kept windows open which seemed to solve problem. Not sure if it was coming from carpet or air conditioning ventilation.

Good location, staff very helpful, room large, great view from 16th floor, bed very comfortable. Shower great with good towels and Toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Free coffee in reception 24 hours. Small tuck shop in lobby.

Improvement work outside the hotel but appreciate it was necessary.

The hotel location was convenient and in walking distance of the CN Tower. Breakfast was good but being English would like to have had baked beans and mushrooms more readily available.

The breakfast layout and seating felt a bit chaotic. Noise from hallways could be muffled better. More flexibility needed for date changes and cancellations

There was nothing in particular to dislike, it was great value for the price we paid.

Very pricey for a standard hotel, there were numerous additional fees on top of the baseline price making it even more expensive than initially anticipated. This was well communicated in advance but still hundreds of dollars in additional fees were tough to swallow.

Breakfast was good, staff were very polite. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Had a robot that could delivery chips to the room - which the kids still talk about a month later

Every thing except for having construction happening at the front entrance and having to haul luggage over make shift ramp. I could handle this but some older individuals could have issues.

I was hoping the hotel would offer breakfast but it no longer does. While I don't mind going out for breakfast, it would be preferable to have it at the hotel.

The price that I booked changed when I got there. I showed my email and they eventually did change it, but then we had a ton of taxes attached which I still don't understand why I was charged 4 HST taxes and when asked I was not provided with a good enough answer.

Everything was great! Room was clean, breakfast was very good and the location was not bad and we walked everywhere!

Could have provided water bottles to customers like Holiday inn express in New york but they didn't. The corridor was bit noisy late at night.

Room was not big enough for 4 people, we were pretty uncomfortable through our stay with only one suitcase each so be sure to check the measurements given on the info of the room when booking if you care about that. The hotel also looks/feels old and our room had liquid/humidity stains in the walls apart from having only one tiny ceiling light in the whole room, located at the door, so it didn't help much. Apart from that everything was maneagable.

We liked the location and the parking which was pretty empty through our stay. Breakfast was also pretty varied, the food was amazing and the elevator has a sign warning you about rush hours (9am-10am on weekends) as the tables are scarse. The beds were great quality and cleanliness was amazing. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something.

The juice machine at breakfast counter. well it’s not that I don’t like it but I wish you will make it more easier for the guests.
