Heating unit was extremely noisy causing me to reset the control every 60 to 90 minutes to stop the noise had a hard hard time sleeping My wife was very upset and slept poorly. I mentioned it to the front desk but other than telling me to reset the control he was of little help.

Understaffed, property undergoing renovation however not accustomed to deal with guests. No intercom/phone line working or available in rooms. The only way to contact front desk is to call the hotel using own cellphone. On checkin was given a room that was nothing more then a centre of filth. Highly deplorable dirty rotten floor carpet/Matt. The refrigerator was not in working order nor was the phone line. The sofa in the room was more like sitting on the deep dig. Upon complain was offered a different room, that was on a different level and was far better then the previous room.

Under serious renovations and still full price?! A whole floor was cordoned off, dust, noise, work zone, no ice, and no discount… I felt like I deserved some form of retribution.

There is hotel-wide renovations... Meaning dust EVERYWHERE. There are no working phones in the building, there is no a.c. in the building. We had two young boys that couldn't sleep because they were too hot. The free breakfast is served in bags at the concierge. But the entire building is hot. Our room was 77°F (baby monitor thermometer) and the hallways were noticeably warmer. There was dirt all over the room and the bathroom tiles were clearly dirty. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there were spiders all over.

The staff was very helpful and apologetic.

Very outdated. No breakfast other than a stale muffin and warm juice. No ice machine elevator very old , housekeeping staff was rude male, who refused to hold door open to elevator once he got off with his big cart. We had already waited aorox 10 mins ended up waiting anotherv10. Not impressed

No air conditioner in the room, just a fan. The bag breakfast was pretty bad, a frozen egg and cheese McMuffin , apple, sm blueberry muffin, granola bar, and a juice box. It didn't look like advertising at all. wait out to eat.

Love the room's king-size bed with a pull-out couch, and a lot of space. There was no air conditioner in the room just a fan., The room with an ensuite with only one fan wasn't enough. They were renovating at the time. So there was no sit-down breakfast, just a bag breakfast. That was pretty bad. Had to go out to eat. I rate it a 5/10. I will try it again after the renovation is all done.

The side doors are open and unlocked which even allow outsiders enter the hotel without passing the front desk. Security is not good. There are always strange people gathered around and made guests not feel comfortable.

The carpet had stains (possible burn marks) and should have been replaced years ago. The sofa looks and feels worn out and should have gone out with the carpet. Breakfast was still strict Covid style. Other hotels have opened the breakfast facilities.

The room smelt like someone had just come in and sprayed a can of Febreeze around the whole room! We saw what looked like blood stains on the curtain of the bedroom door and on the bed skirt of the bed I tried to sleep on. The pillows were about 12” squared and really uncomfortable! Not a very good experience.
