Wifi was not working all the time. We arrived at two o’clock and were asked to come again at three because the cleaners were not ready yet. When we came at three they were still not done and we had to wait in the hallway. No glasses in the bathroom and no planchet or something to put soap on.

The bathroom was clean but not comfortable - only a single towel was provided, no soap holder, no shelf in the bathroom. a mat would be nice to walk onto from the shower cabin.

When I a came the room was a little bit cold . I solved the problem by turning the hot screw as high as possible on the small element. Looks that the room had been standing cold for many days! Nice if someone had solved this cold problem BEFORE I came !!

Nice Hotel. Nearly central in Copenhagen. Clean and with a nice bathroom. No disturbing sounds.

The room had the smell of old smoke - it was a little unpleasant and we did order a no smoking room. Maybe because of the bar area where people can smoke and so it permeated into the bedding.

It was a little noisy in the corridors as people were talking and walking around.

I really liked the location. Although the hotel is located around 15 minutes far from city centre by foot, the zone is nice and it is closed to the famous neighbourhood of Christiania.

If you look for a very quiet room - maybe choose somewhere else. The road at the front is quite busy. Because of this airing your room in the night is a bit tough.

The landlord was an especially friendly person. Also there's a pub(where he also takes care of most stuff) that belongs to the hotel (and serves in the morning as breakfast room). If you like to watch sports, that's a must.

It could have been cleaner (the floor in the corners) and the heating could have been more efficient. The bed linen was small, the Wifi wasn't the best for working online (video calls), and there was no "don't disturb/no cleaning" to hang on the door. I didn't expect the cleaner to come, so I eventually felt like my privacy was invaded. I wish the communication via Booking.com before my arrival was better - someone I spoke with did not speak English in writing too well.

Great staff, very helpful, and it was nice to receive an extra welcoming gift from Tony the manager. The location was great, and the room was ok. There was a hostel vibe there, which I liked. There are football matches watching events at the bar of the hotel, so you can experience some parts of Danish culture there. The pub is quite vibrant but fortunately, I got a room with windows to the other side of the building. There's no kettle in the room, but you can get tea and coffee for free at the pub.

In the darkness it is little bit difficult to find your room. Soap in the bathroom is very limited. Also little bit difficult to find the hotel building in the dark time of the day (late evening).

Quite close to metro line and short ride by metro to the airport. Room was quite big and space, located in old historical building. Rooms inside the yard of the building was quiet and no noise comes from the outside of the building. On the first floor of the building you can found bar with some alcoholic coctails on reasonable prices. Central part of the Copenhagen can be reached on foot.

I stayed here before. Main problem is there’s only a towel per person and no mat for the shower and it’s really tricky as one can slip on the tiles.
