Mattress was awful. Didnt provide any support. Other than the person who checked me in, the rest of the staff were rather grumpy. Check-in: even though there is 24hr reception, on the day before arrival a message arrived saying they’llcancel the reservation if not arrived by a certain time unless I provide the time of arrival. Fine to ask when a guest is planning to arrive of course but to receive a message like that on the day you’re travelling makes it less than stress-free! “Please let us know when you’ll be arriving and if possible make sure we can contact you” would be much more customer friendly. Also the walls and doors seemed to conduct all the interior noises of the hotel. Leading to the fun experience of having a great view of La Rambla with no outside noise but lots of hotel noises waking me up instead. Also: please get sheets that fit the mattress!

If you enjoy the hustle & busle of La Rambla it’s very good. The guy who checked me in was very kind.

only complaint was the bed was a small double and mattress was uncomfortable.

The hotel was set in a perfect location on la Rambla. we caught the Aerobus straight from the Airport into Barcelona, the hotel was approximately a 10min walk from the bus stop. Transportation was very easy, the bus cost around £6.50, very cheap. Our room faced the Main Street so quite noisy at night but that’s to be expected. Hotel was clean, room was small but big enough for what we needed.

The door to the room was stuck/ not leveled so just an inconvenience at most. Also I wanted to leave my luggage after check-out as we had a late flight out but they only have small compartments for safe storage.

Location was amazing and though basic - it is all you need for a short stay.

The room was not clean. A lot of dust and stains on the floor. All these things could be solved with good cleaning. The beds are old. Some nights there was a lot of noise in the street. The window did not close completely, it was sometimes noisy.

CLEANING WAS TERRIBLE, MY FLOOR WAS SUPER DIRTY, THERE WAS A DEAD ROACH ON MY BATHROOM AND ALSO A LIVE ONE, SO disgusting !

My reservation was not found.

We arrived but was being told don't have our booking. After multiple checks still no details of the booking, hotel staff recommended other hotels nearby to check on availability. Managed to get another hotel nearby.
