Lovely hotel in a very convenient location for visiting the surrounding area

Shower cud have been cleaner - it looked rather dated and had some mould on the seals. Bathroom window was quite difficult to open

Very large room which had recently been renovated. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Little added extras including tea and biscuits was a nice touch. Room had a nice seating area with comfortable seats and a large TV, which was just what was needed after a long day of walking! Local amenities including Pembroke Castle were in easy walking distance. The shop across the road stocked everything we needed for the next days walking too.

Breakfast was disappointing. Bacon was tasty. Neither of us enjoyed the rest of the breakfast. We had to keep asking for things such as mugs for the hot drinks, toast etc. The restaurant was quiet so we would have expected a bit more attention to these details. It was satisfactory.

Lovely room although small had everything we needed and a really comfortable bed. Loved the fresh smell of the bedding.

The cups and tea spoon in the room were dirty, there was loads of hairs in the bathroom on the shower curtain and on the floor. At breakfast, the waiter hardly spoke to us, we requested items on the menu and he brought breakfast to us, he realised we requested poached eggs and toast instead of fried bread. He then proceeded to say sorry the chef was just making the breakfasts and trying to get them done - he then walked away. Might be nice to allow guest to have the options available and if not then do not offer options.

It was a good location, close to all amenities and tourist attractions. The parking was also very good. The person who checked us in was lovely and welcoming.

The Coach House was a wonderful stover for us on our trip around Wales. Warm and clean with everything you could need. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Yummy cooked breakfast every morning . Dinner was also available on one of the nights, absolutely fantastic chef. Would definitely recommend

Room a bit small but probably could have booked a larger one. Rather too many dishes with chips although there were daily specials. The waiting staff did not appear to be properly trained especially at breakfast. Tea and coffee was self service. A pot of either with a jug of milk would have been nice first thing in the morning.

Recently decorated so nice and clean throughout. Free roomy car park behind building. Not too big. Restaurant on site.

The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and our room was very comfortable - I feel having breakfast included in the room price made this hotel excellent value for money and also to say that the breakfast selection was very good. All traditional breakfasts were cooked to order as were the alternative options on the breakfast menu. I would certainly stay at The Coach House again.

Only one small thing and its not a complaint. We know the duvet cover and pillow cases were spotless clean. Its just a personal thing but instead of dark bed linen I would have preferred white. Its just me being an epicure.

Great location as we were using the ferry the following day. the staff were extremely friendly, polite and courteous. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had in a hotel.

The access could benefit from a clearly defined space for an short term put down so as to minimise the travel with luggage.

all went well. Our host welcomed us, a little earlier than expected ,but this did not present a problem; The room was newly decorated and extensive work had ben carried out on the residential wing. The room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Parking at the time of our visit was available to the rear of the property. The meals both in the evening and in the morning were of a high standard.

Nothing. Unfortunately it poured with rain so we couldn't get out for a walk to explore the area!

Great location, just down the road from Pembroke Castle. The staff were very helpful and our room was small but very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both meals were very good.
