Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Friendly and helpful staff, generous amenities and a great restaurant next door. You can tell the staff care, and they know the property well. The breakfast was top notch! When we were leaving, a staff member sweeping the already spotless floor, was concerned there weren’t any umbrellas for the guests. It’s these types of details that separate the ok hotels from the ones that deserve to thrive!

Good installation, good room with a view, service has been outstanding from the reception through the departure. The garage is located just across the street and a traffic light makes it safe to cross the busy street.

we came by motocycle and were very happy to know in advance that there was a safe and covered parking as some hotels sometimes mention a parking but it is public one, this instead was private and very nice. the DINNER was excellent and cheap compare to some hotel we are usually staying at.

FranceFor what we wanted, it would be churlish to try to find something we didn't like. In fact, the annoying thing is that there wasn't anything to dislike. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone wanting to stay in this town.
From the outset this was a great experience. Friendly and humorous staff, clean and well-planned room. Superb location, good car parking all at a price that puts all the hotels we stayed out on our trip to shame. The breakfast was great, in fact I can't think of much to criticise.
