    “Property is run down and dilapidated. Rooms unclean and corridors have strong chemical odour. Management are incapable with dealing with unruly rowdy guests who kept us up all night. Have tried to deal with this directly with the hotels operations manager and condescending general manager. Nearly a month down the line I am still awaiting a promised refund on our abysmal stay. AVOID !!”
