“Paid extra for up grade toilet was broken blind in the room was broken and did not fit the window so the light woke us up there was no blind in the bathroom need fixing the room was basic needs attention very dark room in the day needs more light in the room /I paid for two night on a check in my husband said did I want to go home but had all ready paid the pool was closed on the wed at 3pm we should have been told as we had to rearrange our day / the food was raw I ordered sweet potato rissoto and the potato was raw so sent it back my husband ordered pasta and that was raw the breakfast was basic hard eggs not a very good days away”
