The parking situation wasn't the easiest to understand, and if you are parking your car all day/night, you're looking at £10 not the £2 advertised. Looking for the front door was confusing, so maybe a picture reference would be helpful. After entering the apartment, we noticed a very strong smell of cigarettes (which was advertised as a non-smoking apartment), and the smell lingered the whole time we were there. There is no WiFi, which isn't too much of an issue. However, there was no access to regular TV, only DVDs. The selection was alright for us, but just be mindful if the DVD player is plugged into the bedroom TV, The film will only show in black and white. The cleanliness could have been a bit more of a priority, and things do need updating, i.e., the sofa looked as if a cat had been let loose on it. This has definitely not been the worst place I've stayed, but some care and attention in the right areas can make this a really nice place to stay.

If you're looking for somewhere that's close to all the local amenities and close to Manchester City centre, then this is an alright place to stay for the money that was paid for the property. Whilst this place isn't the ritz, or a hilton hotel, if I needed to be near Manchester again, I would consider staying again.

Parking is quite expensive and not overly safe according to parking attendant for leaving over night but we were lucky vehicle was still there. And i was unaware towels weren't provided so two small towels between four didn't work well. But as said before the price was right.

It suited as a location for us to attend a funeral near by, the front door was not obvious on arrival maybe describe shop name below. But for the cost it was good. A short walk led us to a nice little town and market and a great breakfast at a local little cafe.

Was damp and cold. When we entered, it only allowed for two hours heating at a time on the thermostat. When we entered it smell very much like someone had been smoking weed and also as it was so cold and we could only put on the heating for two hours at a time on top of that the shower was mouldy and the whole apartment was not as described, we ended up staying in the hotel near Piccadilly in Manchester instead of there

Property wasn’t too bougie it was more homely off the sort! Beds was clean, sofas was clean, shower was clean and smelt fresh! The host was lovely and had such a fast response even with the late booking we unfortunately had to do, although it did work out for the best! Iron was provided which was lovely! DVDs also and a few books, Felt as if I was staying in a home away from home! Really comfortable place to stay and couldn’t fault the host or the place one bit, Thankyou!

finding it was hard. the area at night didn’t feel safe. dirty bedding and dirty apartment in general, I didn’t dare to go in the shower and slept with the pillows covered with a towel. it stank when we got in

Main door flimsy, flat was stone cold when we got there, and there was smell of cigarettes. Heating stays on only 2 hours at a time, then it goes off. So you go out and come back to a cold flat. No wifi available, no HOT WATER FROM THE SHOWER!! Couldn't take a shower. Very old tv. NEEDS A REFURBISH THROUGHOUT!!

Noisy street at night time, location near pubs so can hear drunked people talking and shouting when sleeping, but this was because the windows were opened wide due to the hot weather. We booked during the hot summer so the rooms were very hot with no air conditioning or electric fans, so very hard to sleep.

Flexibility of the rooms, beds are comfortable.

My personal preference is to have blackout curtains in order to sleep well, but I feel this is a minor complaint in an otherwise perfectly serviceable apartment. The street noise was a little intrusive, but obviously not the fault of the property.

The location was great for what was needed. Shops and food vendors very close made getting provisions easy. A public £2 day parking to the rear of the building, not ideal but worked for our needs. The apartment was clean and equipped with items to make the stay comfortable. Communication with the host was polite, quick and helpful .

Breakfast not included, the location is very bad, as its been very noisey throughout the night, there was people talking and shouting outside late night. There was some loud noise on the roof which came into the bedrooms for which we couldn’t sleep all night and made us all very tired to drive back a 7 hour journey.

The host was reachable when we contacted him, he left the property in clean condition.
