The shower basin didn't drain very well. Took a long time. There was a shortage in supply of toilet rolls on last day so we had to go searching. We booked a room for 3 ppl to give space (but only two of us actually going) only one double bed was provided..assumed a couple but was not the case.

No provision for food at this accommodation, at least not under this deal. In particular, no breakfast. No off street parking offered, despite space clearly being there in front of property.

Clean and surprisingly well serviced room. Friendly and personable hosts, though only met briefly on arrival and departure.

The shower was not hot on the first morning, but okay for the second day. The breakfast had to be ordered the day before, we didn't bother and went to a café around the corner. On street parking, but we managed to park very near the accommodation.

It was advertised as a small double, it was small but adequate for the two night stay. Very clean and friendly and near to the town center.

Wouldn’t change a thing! I very much needed a restful break and I got it. Lovely people.

Stunning views from all windows. The windows are large and the apartment is very bright. Scrupulously clean and incredibly comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed ever! Paul and Christine (owners) are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The loveliest guest house! I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was lovely and really welcoming. When you entered, the reception area had really lovely lighting with soft ambient music playing. The room was lovely, clean, tidy and the view we had of the Great Orme was outstanding. The Location is spot on, really quiet and not far from all amenities. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever re-visit the area

A very clean and comfortable room. We had the room with separate sitting area which has a great view. Hosts were easy to contact and welcoming. They checked the room and gave extra items, such as towels, whenever required. It's in a great location just a few minutes walk to town or beach. Really recommend!

Parking is not available apart from a drive which is available for loading. Upon departure a Mercedes was blocking the drive so we couldn't load up easily.

I was in a good sized single room, on the first floor (no lift). The only issue was the ensuite bathroom was very compact. I'm not tall or big build but there wasn't much elbow room. The bathroom door didn't open back fully, as it stopped against the end of the bed. I could get in & out though. It's manageable.

The nice couple who own the large house were both very welcoming & genuine, friendly & helpful. They kindly keep my luggage safe while I went out, after check out time. The room had everything I needed, it was clean & quiet. They have nice relaxing music playing in the background in the reception area. It's just around the corner from the train station & shops. About halfway from either shore in Llandudno.
