Nothing to dislike but was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. But we could call in food delivery and have our meal in the bar.

The mattress was not so good, too soft and kinda not a high quality.

I like the Campanile chain hotels, you always know what to expect. Breakfast is good with a few options, the price is affordable. Room and facilities are basic but it's fine for 1 night stay.

We found the Bath difficult to get into for our shower we are both 74 and pretty fit but the bath was high and no hand rails to help us in or out. Also bit petty but curtains had holes in had seen better days. Shouldn't have to ask for a mat for the bath either.

Always clean and staff friendly and helpful. Well situated near bus stop into town etc and walking distance to the Retail Outlet. Basic room and accommodation but has a comfortable bar and restaurant area. Great parking spaces, never a problem. Good basic clean accommodation with a reasonable price.

The restaurant was closed that night. However restaurants and fast food wasn't hard to find.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open the night we stayed at the hotel. However, the experience was great still! Cooked breakfast in the morning was lovely. Friendly staff. Perfect hotel for the price. Would come again.

The curtains were dirty not up to standard for a customer only 3 pillows in the double room restaurant menu not good we had to go out for dinner and food at the local restaurant dinner and lunch menu needs to be updated and hotel needs to take cash because it was only card booking for room and breakfast lunch and dinner and I was not prepared to pay 12 pounds a time for breakfast lunch and dinner if u stay at a hotel u should get breakfast free when you book room menu needs to be updated because there is not a lot of choice that is why people don't like the menu and they go else were for food at a cheaper price as the menu is out of date

The only thing for myself is the bath is difficult to use as I have knee problems although I would be looking to stay again I’ll check if they have walk in showers

The hotel has some weird smell. Like something had burned a while ago. I asked to change to room thinking maybe it was just one room but being put in different room opposite side od the hotel, the same smell was in that room too.

The breakfast, The receptionists ,very decent respectful people. It's not my first time but I alway love coming back ...This time my daughter forgot her £1500 worth Ipad and they found it and gave it for sending .. what else can you ask for from such staff?
