The shower facilities were a bit small and rusty in places. The hotel bar is overpriced for the quality of drinks. Aso free wifi is only available on the ground floor.

Decent room, nothing overly special but a good clean room with enough space for two. Good options for breakfast. Location is the best. 2 min away from the train station and have parking for guests. Very good choice overall.

Room was great, high quality all the way through. Staff very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. Staff warned us of risk of getting to car park and not ending up in a bus lane. The food was great, Browns was lovely.

We thought that the price of the drinks in the bar were far too high, as was the price of the breakfast, therefore, we had our breakfast elsewhere and only visited the bar on one occasion. On Sunday morning 2 of the lifts were out of order and after waiting for 20 minutes for the third lift to arrive with enough room for us to get in, we decided to use the stairs. We had difficulty locating the stairs and there wasn't adequate signage to direct you to the reception area. We found other people also wandering around having the same difficulty, so it wasn't just us.

The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location, close to shops and theatres. Bathroom was excellent and newly refurbished It would have been easier for us with a walk-in shower, however, perhaps I should have requested this when booking.

Paying parking charges and we couldn’t check in until 4pm our room wasn’t ready also given wring post code which led to a no entry sign.

The smell of fish from the restaurant lingered in the reception and lifts but it was bearable.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Beds were so comfy. Staff arranged for balloons banners and a selection of cake for my partner as it was her 30th birthday.

The bathroom shower could be more updated. But all worked perfectly well.

Nice room size, very clean and quiet. Nice touch in the room for celebrating my love's birthday. Thank you. USB available for charging devices. Parking available for the car.

We struggled to find entrance to hotel car park and as previous reviews have mentioned fines for using bus lane whilst trying to find it we just carried on driving and parked at NCP car park, it’s 5 minutes walk to hotel

Great location, lovely bar and restaurant, food was good, booked a superior room and got upgraded to Executive which was lovely and spacious with a great walk in shower.

I booked for family and were on different floors. I request special gift as birthday for one of party gave name but it was in wrong room ( quickly changed for us). Male meber of staff excellent but female staff member was abrupt and dismissive.

Milk in room was stale. Long queue at Reception because people were checking-in, an idea would be to have someone available to guests that have already checked-in.

Checked in an hour earlier as our room was ready. My Mum was still sleeping when I went for breakfast, we were allowed to go separately. Excellent location.

We had a family room of 2 double beds. There was no table in the room and only 1 chair. A book, or page with info like hairdryer instructions, calling reception for more teabags/milk etc would have been handy.

The location was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
