There really wasn’t much not to like. The only thing I could say from my experience was more options in the restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. The hotel was clean and a great atmosphere.

No stairs! Our room was on the 1st floor and often had to wait 5+ mins for a lift down. Service in the restaurant was slow and not attentive enough

Everything! I loved this hotel, the staff were all very kind, friendly and approachable. The rooms were amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the unique decor of the hotel, everywhere was kept very clean. Cannot fault this hotel in any way.

Very crowded, long waiting time at the elevators, couldn’t use the stairs either; The bathroom facilities, sink and shower were clogged; the couch mattress for child was bad quality and not comfortable; there were no slippers in the room; breakfast was good but same every day and nothing special on Easter weekend.

The room itself was a little run down. Doors not closing properly on furniture in room. Dirty door of shower. Bar was very expensive and tip automatically added on.

I paid £90 for 3 hours extended check out however was then locked out of my room which took over an hour to get sorted having spoken to reception on 4 separate occasion and eventually a manager who sent security to unlock the door 10 minutes after we were due to be collected by our taxi. When complained got no apology just shrugged shoulders.

Room was clean, comfortable and checking was very quick and efficient.

Excellent location ! The best place to stay in London next to Hide park and Marble Arch to see the sights and the most important monuments in London . Underground and buses only in 2 minutes distance !Staff was always there to help and provide any help. Facilities and politeness . Very nice , impressive and excellent decorated entrance , bar , reception and lobby .

The highest disconfort we had was regarding the elevators. We had our room at the 3rd level from the total of 8. from 10 till 11 in the mornings, it was almost imposible to get an elevator to take you to the lobby. We would have used the stairs, but there are no stairs available. :( Just bare in mind, if you want to get down at that time, take some 20-30 mins waiting time. Another disconforing aspect was the smell in the bathrooms. it was a constant smell, similar to that of onion or sewage in the bathroom.

I found the location to be ideal for a short city breack in London. The breakfast was great, good variety and very tasty. I appreciated how clean the room was.

Elevators proved to be a big problem throughout our stay. Being fully automated, we waited long time every day before they would arrive. The most frustrating incident happened on our departure day, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs, as our airport transport was already waiting in front of the hotel.
