Very disappointed when I was told no food was available to guests of the hotel during the evening - was told I had to go to service station by the motorway - Burger King was the only option…..

The shower was awful, water jets all over the place, wall mounted soap in a poor place and shower curtain was in the wrong place. Room carpet dirty.

The area I could park in was flooded so unlikely thieves would like to get wet feet robbing my van

The state of room, bathroom was so old and smelly. There wa water leakage from the bathtub into the floor and carpet in the room looked too bad and dirty. This hotel Really needs a proper refurbishment

the beds for my children were on the floor the mattress were absolutely shocking u can feel the springs throught the matress i just can’t belive the kids matresses were on floor

First of all the staff on check in didn't even say hello when we walked in. It was just "name"... not a great start. Anyway once we checked in we found our room to be clean but alot of things were broken. The window would not shut and when it's -1 degrees out that isn't good. Any the beds were good and had a good sleep. On to breakfast. Walked in and it looked promising. Full English available and pastries and fresh juices and coffee. Until I sat down with my breakfast... everything was flat cold. The heat lights were on but they may aswell have been normal light bulbs... the juices were empty because it had been busy. It only took 4 times of asking to be then told "it's coming just wait" just so rude. Also the staff knew very little English. I wouldn't recommend paying £84 per night for this. More like £20 if that. Won't be returning

Very sparse bedroom. Only 1 pillow on each single bed. Not enough decaf coffee and milk on drinks tray. Shower very weak flow.

The restaurant food. Very poor. I had to mention that my fish goujons weren't cooked and indeed I was unwell the following day.

Room thermostat was hanging from the wall. Did not realise location of hotel was within a motorway services. Access to Stanmore was very difficult Postcode of Hotel put us in a housing estate on the wrong side of the motorway, this was using 3 different sat navs.

Breakfast was good Beds were comfy although they were short as my feet hung out the end. Late check in was good.

The whole place needs an upgrade, the paint on window ledge was completely flaking. The window flew open with the wind and rain, I had to get receptionist to come and lock it with an Aran key????

The place was clean, the lady receptionist was very friendly and supportive.

Shower doesn’t have a good water pressure, The walls were dirty like it was a scene of a horror movie. The cleaning is really lacking

There was mould on the wall by the window which was hidden by the curtain until my little one revealed it. Tried hard to keep him away from it but to no avail. Bathroom walls also mouldy and not cleaned properly in a while

The reception staff was rude and surly. Customer training is definitely needed for the front desk. Room needed to be cleaned as different strands of hair was found all over the room.

Good size room. Polite kitchen staff although the menu was a limited choice.

Just minor things, not all the lights were working in the bedroom and food was prepacked possibly heated in the microwave.

Good value for money, had somewhere to sleep,access to shower or bath and able to grab some food.

1 pillow each. Windows locked, AC could only blow hot hair. Odd orange stains and holes on sheets and shower curtain. Springs in the bed very hard and pokey. Difficult to sleep on.

Easy to get to, 24/7 bp garage next door. Free parking. Large room. Outdoor heated smoking room. Didn't get to try the restaurant but it looked very nice.
