Everything, the hotel isn't the best one I've ever seen but feels fresh and modern.

TV could have been bigger. We had a slight issue with the subsidised parking but the hotel manager was very quick to sort this out.

Lovely breakfast clean modern room with good shower and comfy bed. Excellent Gino dcampo restaurant just opened inside it.

The breakfast was just ok, though there was a good selection. Asked for rooms to be near but we were really far apart which was disappointing.

The staff were very good, especially on reception. The room was spacious & well decorated.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean hotel and facilities. Located outside of the city, but locally to the airport with a metro link into central Madrid a few hundred yards away. The only negative is the hotel Gym. Only a few machines in a small room.

Nothing. Honestly for the price it’s probably the best value hotel I’ve stayed in in Manchester, and I’m a regular visitor.

Great location, close to tram stop, secure parking close by, which was very easy to find. 10-15 minutes (flat) walk to shops and theatre. Great staff, lovely light reception/bar/restaurant. Very clean.

The lighting in the restaurant was very dull in the evening. Hard to read the menu, and I gave perfect eyesight. Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Cooked breakfast items were cold, and swimming in fat. Very unpleasant. Other items were fine.

Couldnt check in til 3 despite asking for earlier check in, in advance and being prepared to pay. Slightly earlier check in time would be more convenient particularly for a one night stay.

3 adults stayed in a studio room. Clever design, made the best use of the space. Modern, light and airy. Spotlessly clean. Great location, close to deansgate, restaurants and bars. Pretty hotel bar with great service.

Very modern, the atmosphere was really good, close to transport links.. a good 10-15 minute walk into town centre or 2 min tram journey can't complain. Also got free supplies of drinks which we usually pay for in other hotels..

I think it would be nice if there were more vegetarian options in the menu, and ones that aren't the usual ones all restaurants seems to have. Some variety would be nice. But the food still tasted exceptional so I'm fine eating the same thing.

The service was nice, friendly staff who were attentive and tried their best to help with issues that arose. The in-room dining was great. Food was tasty too. The room was super comfy and cozy and the perfect temperature.

The bathroom set up is a little odd with it being open to the sleeping space. Ok for us as a couple but I wouldn’t be comfortable with the set up if with a friend

Compared with what hotels at the same level in China offer, the breakfast was a little simpler.

Great location, close to Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station but not far from the city centre too. Modern design with good quality facilities and cleanliness. The room was not so spacious as the photos shows, but enough for accommodating 2 guests.

Well located with a great range of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Very friendly and efficient reception and restaurant staff. Well appointed and scrupulously clean room with great views of the city. Very good choice of food at breakfast and the restaurant menu looks good even though we didn’t use it.
