Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe wooden strip between the room and the bathroom is a bit high and we both stubbed our toes on it. Not pleasant.
Fabulous location with great facilities and really lovely staff who did everything to make the stay better. From letting us park for slightly more than 24 hours for the day rate. They looked after our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. They were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is good, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms ok, could use a bit of upgrade on things like carpets and walls, it’s all a bit worn down. Breakfast is good, but busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all we are happy with our stay.

United KingdomI needed to request a room freshen up but this was done by a very pleasant member of staff. They told me would be sending me some information about staying at the hotel in future but I never received this.
I have disabilities and needed a walk in shower. I was not given this when I arrived but this was soon changed. I was not far from my family.
