Not good if you're a light sleeper. Lots of noise from other rooms and upstairs. Some kind of communal door kept banging closed all night outside our room

The situation of the hotel and the place where it's situated was really enjoyable. Beautiful district with easy access to public transports. The room was really good looking, clean and allowed us to rest properly ! Television very practical and nicely made for users' needs.

There was a sounds from the laundry/kitchen that started at 6am, it was really loud as it woke me up and I don’t usually have troubles sleeping. I think this is not ideal especially if you come to stay for the weekend and you want a bit of sleep after a night out.

The male front desk staffer (3pm-11pm shift on April 2nd) was obnoxiously rude to me when I kindly asked for (2) large bath towels and (2) small hand towels. He scoffed at me and defiantly said, “I’m not giving you four towels!” I had to end up negotiating with him to give me (1) large bath towel and (1) small hand towel. This situation was extremely stressful and unsettling. The other front desk associates were great and gave me (4) towels for which I asked without hesitation nor complaint.

My room was spacious and clean with a street view. I also very much appreciated the Breakfast staff whom were all kind and welcoming!

A bar in the hotel would be nice but it wasn't really an issue for a short trip.

The location was very good. So near the underground station and the tourist attractions. Also, great to be able to book a single room without having to pay extra.

Being London, the size of the room was minimal. The bathroom window was a plain window, so the blind was permanently down

The location of the hotel was more of less within a 30 minute walk of everything we wanted for the weekend. The Natural History Museum is just up the road, and the Science Museum is just up from that. Hyde Park was not more of a walk, but we'll worth a visit.

The bed was two singles put together, made it a little uncomfortable but the mattress was good.

The size of the room was good enough but it could be a bit more spacious as well as the size of the bed.

The staff members were kind and helpful. The room very clean with all the essentials. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was good value for money. I would highly recommend it!

The bed was supposed to be a double but was very small myself and my husband are not big people a few times in the night I thoi was going to fall out of it when I turned over

Perfectly located for travelling in and out of central London, with a tube station less than 5 min walk away. It was our second time staying here. Great value for money. Very accommodating staff allowed free early check in at 11:30. We would definitely recommend!

I would have given it a 10/10 for comfort, except the bed was a bit too narrow, but given the size of the room I understand a larger bed may not have been possible, and it's only a minor quibble. Considering the price, it was an excellent stay.

Small basement room, but it was very well equipped, and ticked all the boxes, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, efficient aircon, powerful shower, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, lots of electrical sockets, efficient and polite staff and a good location for what we wanted in the area.

Fan in bathroom on constantly and quite loud. Didn't bother us too much but could be very annoying for some guests.

Location fabulous. Could walk to many attractions or take underground only 5 minute walk from hotel. Good value for money.

Bit of dust. Bed had dips where it had worn down over time, still comfy enough sleep.

Modern hotel interior, few minute walk for nearest station Gloucester. Friendly staff members, clean and tidy room. Spacious room and bathroom. Would stay again.
