The bed was supposed to be a double but was very small myself and my husband are not big people a few times in the night I thoi was going to fall out of it when I turned over

Perfectly located for travelling in and out of central London, with a tube station less than 5 min walk away. It was our second time staying here. Great value for money. Very accommodating staff allowed free early check in at 11:30. We would definitely recommend!

I would have given it a 10/10 for comfort, except the bed was a bit too narrow, but given the size of the room I understand a larger bed may not have been possible, and it's only a minor quibble. Considering the price, it was an excellent stay.

Small basement room, but it was very well equipped, and ticked all the boxes, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, efficient aircon, powerful shower, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, lots of electrical sockets, efficient and polite staff and a good location for what we wanted in the area.

The size of the room was not so big, but it was fine for me a solo traveler. I could hear some noise in the corridor sometimes, but, it was manageable

I liked mainly the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room, I requested for a room in upper floor with a view and the same was prepared before my check in.

Fan in bathroom on constantly and quite loud. Didn't bother us too much but could be very annoying for some guests.

Bit of dust. Bed had dips where it had worn down over time, still comfy enough sleep.

Modern hotel interior, few minute walk for nearest station Gloucester. Friendly staff members, clean and tidy room. Spacious room and bathroom. Would stay again.

We did not have the breakfast as this was an extra at £14 a head and it was a continental style breakfast which we don't like. We found a cafe else where for a full cooked breakfast and a lot cheaper. Apart from that nothing else.

Location was great about 10 minute walk to The Royal Albert Hall where we were going. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Bedroom was very clean and tidy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious with a great shower.

Impersonal until spoken to. Better greeting at reception to welcome you. It would have been useful to have printed explanations of complex electronic device ( i.e air conditioner).

The hotel is located on a busy road so if you have trouble sleeping I would ask for a room in the part of the building that doesn't overlook Cromwell road, but I slept quite well even in one of those. The rooms are a bit on the small side but that's completely understandable given the location. Overall, I have nothing to complain about, especially since the staff is so kind and understanding and they go out of their way to help you if you have any requests.

The hotel is located close to the Gloucester tube so it's really good to reach every part of the city. South Kensington is a very beautiful neighbourhood, close to the parks and to many nice restaurants. The hotel staff was incredible, kind and understanding, they helped me out in many ways and I couldn't have asked for more. The room was very comfortable.

The only minor complaint was that noise from the hallway carries somewhat. A backhanded complaint is that fresh towels were provided each day, when it wasn’t needed. No other issues at all, anything else is nitpicking.

Very comfortable room with high ceilings and big windows that let in a lot of light. Good amount of storage and a modern bathroom. The WiFi was easy to connect to and stayed on throughout, streaming movies was no problem.

Breakfast OK - not my choice of food. Only one (slow) coffee machine - causing a queue.

Bed was comfortable. Lighting in room very good. Shower outstanding. Good sized towels. Staff pleasant.
