We had two deluxe rooms which come with added perks but the water wasnt in our room we had to ask at reception and the bathroom wasn’t in very good condition mould on tiles, bathroom door was bowed it just needs an a general up grade, the wardrobe wasn’t in the best condition either.

The atmosphere was so friendly, the staff were always happy and happy to help, a special mention to Kai she was so great for information and recommendations and always had a smile! The bed was huge and comfortable.

There seems to be a maintenance issue as this hotel has seen better days, from large pot holes on entrance to run down rooms in which are overdue for some repairs.

The hotel had a good team of staff whom were all super friendly and helpful, doing their best in holding up the this aging hotel.

The decor in the room needs attention. There was alot of paint chips on walls and the bathroom door was not great in places.

Little remote and a significant walk into the town centre along an at times treacherous stretch of road given the snowy conditions.

The room was a little to warm. Even with radiator off and window open. It's possible that the room was located above a warm place on the ground floor, but it lead to poor sleep.

Friendly, personal service. Caring staff. Good menu offerings and lovely food. Nice breakfast with chef available to cook specials like poached egg.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy to sleep on. Bathroom was also good. Overall, the rooms were good. The pool and gym were also good. The gym is good for a little workout, lack of new equipment but enough for a light session. Pool size was fine and not deep. Only one out of the two hotubs/jacuzzi was working at the time of my visit. Great temperature and spacious. Overall great hotel because it is near to the airport and only a 20minute walk to the town/high street.

The room could be a bit cleaner .There were lots of stains on the carpets and skirting boards ,lots of hair in the bathroom and dirty mirrors.

The bedrooms were a little on the small side once we had our 4 suitcases in there and if I'm being really picky the bathrrom was just a little tired. But if this is put into context of what we paid really no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and over all considering what we paid very good value for money.

Check in. The reception desk is opposite the lifts, and at check in it was confusing as to who was waiting to check in and who was waiting for lifts. The two staff members on reception looked totally disinterested and made no effort to engage with guests.

The bedrooms and all the public rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of a very high standard. Staff in the dining area were friendly and helpful.

Daughters room that she had booked was dirty. Radiator in our room would not come on, so it was a bit cold at night. Other guests coming in to the breakfast area in their pyjamas , how disgusting and unhygienic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which took 35 minutes to get to our table only to discover that no sides were on the way as the kitchen had messed up orders. Felt really sorry for the waiter. By the time the sides came we had finished our main course.

Our room was very nice and clean, but a bit on the cool side as the radiator would not come on.
