No heating in bedroom tv in bedroom not working

Very noisy at night, therefore unable to open windows. Could do with sound proof windows & A/C. Also didn’t get fresh towels daily. Smell of stagnant water from the bathroom. And rust in the kitchen sink. Minor problems really.

The bedroom is an internal bedroom, so there is a gap in the wall to let the natural light through. Not good when you need two rooms as sound travels through the gap. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Fantastic venue for a couple but not so much when separate rooms are needed / staying with a friend who snores extremely loudly !!!

Excellent location for city centre, train station, supermarket. 24-hour car parking for £7. Lovely, clean and modern.Discount for the cafe around the corner. The owner kept in touch throughout.

No Instructions manual for appliances or who to contact in the event of a problem. Chamber maid spoke very little English so couldn’t help us. Furnishings in lounge are basic and need to be improved. We had a problem with the lock to our apartment and despite some calls and email we had no response, so it was unlocked all Sunday day and night. Next day we eventually had to get someone to remove the lock and reinstall. Also no dishwasher tablet or cleaning cloth available.

The shower wasn't good at all. Pressure was poor and the temperature kept swinging from hot to very cold This was my only complaint but an important one. I did phone for assistance. Was an answerphone. Got no reply

Given the wrong code for the key box. Seats uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time (Bed settee and cane chairs).

Kitchen equipment very basic , not everything listed on facilities was available, e.g no hairdryer. Only enough toiletries for a one night stay. I would recommend bringing your own for a longer stay. The hot water in the shower inconsistent runs hot and cold. The street lights shine directly into the bedroom so a heavier blind or curtain would be useful.

The apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated and the location was great. Access to Netflix was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay but it is more “mid range “ rather than “ luxury”

There weren't many knives or cooking utensils

The apartment was clean & comfortable & in a great position for exploring Chester. Parking was straightforward & just across the road. The owners kept in touch throughout with detailed instructions

There was a considerable amount of mold on the roof of the bed room, also no head board for the bed. The heating didn’t work. We stayed over the weekend and you can hear everything that’s going on in the street below all night people talking cars etc it’s very loud and we could not sleep.

Very good location close to the Northgate. Most tourist attractions and the bus interchange were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and clean.
