Cleanliness wasn’t great as pots were dirty and the couch had various stains. Smaller than it appeared on photos.

Really great location! Appreciated the booklet provided for its recommendations of things to do and places to go. Bathroom is really lovely and appreciated a fully functional kitchen.

The bed was quite small and needed 4 pillows. One of the wall monitors kept making a bleeping noise all through the night, keeping us awake.

I'm being picky but small touches that make things feel more homely > milk in the fridge, tea & coffee, salt & pepper, sugar, extra towels. It is slightly noisy at night due to the takeaway opposite - but handy for a late night snack!

Loved the apartment - the first thing that we appreciated was the great location right in the city centre, next to a very reasonable car park, with lift access & door code. Most importantly the decor was great, fresh, clean & modern - very nicely done with handy amenities and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Couple of paint touch ups would be great just to enhance, but couldn't fault the apartment or quality of the content at all.

This apartment was amazing, it was exactly what we needed and in such a great location. The host was brilliant and sent us an email with checking in information the day before we arrived which made us getting into the apartment extremely easy. They were very communicative and any issues we had they replied and sorted them very quickly. There is parking a 30 second walk away which is great and only £7 for 24 hours which is really good for Chester. The location was ideal and right in the centre but not super noisy which was great. Within the apartment it had all the amenities we needed and everything worked great. Super stay and would definitely recommend this place! We will be back!!

Bed wasn't the comfiest with only two thin pillows (could do to provide a couple more) wooden blinds at bedroom window don't block daylight so room was flooded with light from 5am.

Great location, clear instructions for locating and entering the apartment. Also suggested parking across the road. Apartment is modern with pretty much everything you would need for a short stay in Chester.

No fault of the property but in the mornings there was load noises from the street below and it sounded like bins being emptied at 6am, not what you need when it’s too hot to sleep without the windows open but like I said, not really their fault.

The location was great, short walk into the centre. The apartment was spacious and I liked the fact it was over 2 floors, felt like the living room was separate to the bedroom on the upper floor. Had everything you need for a short stay.

Nothing I didn’t like- but maybe an air freshener for the bathroom as there’s no natural air flow, so smelt a little damp - But was all very clean. Bedroom could do with a bed side lamp as well

There was a couple of things,nothing major,as i work in a hotel myself,some things could be improved here. Sofa bed could be a bit comfier,and more pillows provided(had to use from the bedroom which left my friend with 1) could have more things in kitchen,more utensils,cooking tins etc seeing as it is an apartment,also maybe leave more than the one dishwasher tablet,could end up with more than one dishwasher full when youre there for a whole weekend and entertaining. The major issue for me was the hot water,didn't have hot water for the whole of our stay! Which made it a bit of a problem. Plumber said it was resolved but wasnt,which led myself and my friend boiling a kettle to fill the bathroom sink! Not pleasant! Also filling the kitchen sink to wash our hair(if you could call it that) which kind of ruined the evening for us as we didnt go out to meet our families. But Alex the owner apologised,to which we understand these things happen. Other than this issue you cant really fault the apartments

Location of the property is fantastic,2min walk and youre in the middle of it all. The apartment is big and spacious and ideal for a weekend away. Very clean and beautifully decorated

Hadn’t been cleaned properly, still food spilled in microwave, crumbs under hob, drips on fridge door only 2 coat hangers, stains on sofa which was also a sofa bed, my sister and I had to share the bed as neither of us were prepared to use sofa bed, not ideal, cover for smoke alarm missing. I sent message to owners with photos on the day we arrived but no response. I had a message from them on the day we left asking us to leave apartment as we found it, we did! We didn’t clean the microwave as there was no way we would have used it, we left the apartment tidy, emptied bins and used dishwasher and put crockery away.It’s such a shame as it is a nice apartment. Noisy location though.

The apartment was lovely close to the city centre 😍 the only negative is there is u er eats drivers opposite our apartment , and they was very load , also 1 had a very loud motorbike .so loud we had to turn the TV volume up .

It was very noisy in the street until very late at night.

We stayed only night in this apartment. It took a bit of time to locate the car park for our car, but the instructions from the host were spot on and helped us a lot to make check in easy. It is a 'new' block of flats and everything is modern and clean. The apartment was spacious and the beautiful décor gave the space a nice ambiance. The bathroom was very modern. The bedroom is a bit tight, but we slept very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic stuff, although we didn't use much of it. The apartment has a great location to access the city centre and attractions. The apartment was a bit hot upon entry, but we managed to cool it down. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone interested to stay here!

We were directed to a car park which required the downloading of an app. to pay for the park. We had no success with the app. This car park did not look very secure overnight. We discovered a much better large parking building right next door which was only 11 pounds for 24 hours. It would have been good if we were notified of this building before arrival as we were a little concerned at where we were going to park. The bedroom could do with some black out curtains as well as the venetian blinds as the room was very light at 5am. A few tea bags sugar and milk would also be handy on arrival.

There's a section of wall cut out to let daylight into the bedroom but it also lets the streetlight in at night even when the blinds are shut. There was no tea or coffee available but there was sugar and milk satchets. I didn't like the key left outside the apartment in a lockbox, anyone knowing the code could have got in. There were people outside until nearly 2am, revving their bikes and racing. I know the apartment owner cannot control that but it still ruined my break.

The location is great. Walkable distance into town. The apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Towels were clean. Plenty of cups and plates and cutlery. Easy to use appliances including, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, and TV. There's also a kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. The toiletries in the bathroom were nice. There is a Tesco express across the road and the town walls is only a few minutes walk away. Alex the owner got in touch throughout my stay to make sure everything was ok. A few little things could make this a 5* Tea and coffee Coasters for the tables Curtains
