This hotel offers a complete self-service experience, which required me to pay an additional 250 euros as a deposit. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund. My attempts to contact them have been met with silence. It has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying at this place.

I paid full price to get a room with torn curtains, sheets with stains, the safe didn’t work (our personal belongings got locked inside) and the code to the room was wrong. The staff were nice but that’s it, wont be coming back or recommending this hotel.

(1) Kindly ensure a minimum of three toilet tissue rolls are provided per room, as we were provided with only two. (2) It would be greatly appreciated if slightly larger coffee mugs could be made available, as they would be more practical. (3) Please provide two additional garbage bags per room; One for the toilet garbage bin and another for the room garbage bin. (4) For first-time tourists, it would be highly beneficial to have a booklet containing a London tourist guide, a tube map, and a hop-on-hop-off bus guide provided in every room. Such resources would greatly assist visitors in navigating the city and exploring its attractions. Thank you.

This place is conveniently located close to the two main tube stations and offers easy access to various bus services. Additionally, you'll find nearby cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it a convenient choice. There's even a Costa Coffee located on the main floor. Considering the overall value for the price, it's definitely worth it. You'll also have no problems with the room itself.

literally the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in my life with no natural light coming in whatsoever. I mean the room looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website. and I mean nothing. in terms of lighting and giving you a warm feeling. you get inside the room and overtaken by a feeling of dread. there is a tiny window in the room but it overlooks the room across you one meter away and is somehow like a chimney so it’s not exactly a window its just a piece of glass instead of the wall. you wake up and literally have zero idea if it’s day or night and the room BARELY fits the bed. for 150 pounds a night. I would’ve cancelled the moment I arrived except that I booked through here and it was nonrefundable so I had to swallow it up

everything was absolutely terrible. The room was absolutely not clean. the code system is absolute mess. There’s no security in the whole building, as the hotel is in a COSTA coffee : so everyone can take the elevator and goes of room floors all day I had ant coming out of the sink, bathroom stink badly. ventilation don’t work. the fridge wasn’t working so lost of grocery I made. the window has a view on the others rooms.space - separation between the Two windows l isn’t even 1 meter : meaning if you don’t close curtain people can literally see you sleeping, from less than 1 meters. the light was broken - I count keep going for hours. don’t BOOK that room.

Some minor suggestions for improvements: the room could use a few USB charging ports or maybe just a couple more outlets. It could also use a couple more coat hooks near the door and another towel rack in the bathroom.
