Nothing major but the layout of the breakfast area could be improved. It was a little disjointed.

The suite was very well laid out. Very comfy. Ideal room with sitting area. Approximately 2 miles to the new arena.

Breakfast room is too small, couldn’t find a seat. Breakfast set up not good, the island is difficult to walk around as people gather around the toaster. Juices were not very nice quality(especially Cranberry) eggs were reconstituted

The breakfast had great choices and I was looking forward to eat it. However when I went and got the hot food it was stone cold and I hate cold food. This put me off of my breakfast and it was a huge bug bear for me. other than that everything else was amazing.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel except one thing to do with breakfast.

Although the rooms were great, I am sorry but the pillows were terrible. Small but very thick. If you like your head propped up at an acute angle then fine, but I don’t . Could there be some pillow options please.

The suites have obviously been refurbished - the bedroom area detail was fully complete, however the bathroom appeared rushed........- paint still on tiles/grout on the shower surround, incomplete painting of area adjacent to the toilet. Whilst these issues did not impact on our stay, I had higher expectations from a Marriott Breakfast was a bit manic - no matter what time you arrived. The area is quiet tight as guests attempt to self service - difficult to access cereals - as placed in the corner, island could be better placed. Good point - staff very responsive , ensuring hot counter topped up regularly

the suite layout was ideal for our stay, and the availability of a kitchenette fabulous. The hotel is well located - a short walk to the train stations/metro, and still walkable to shops, attractions and restaurants Aldi just across the road - so easy to stock up on basics upon arrival. Bed very comfortable - even the bed settee.

A few minor issues, we were placed in a wheelchair accessible room which was ok, the shower wasn’t more than lukewarm at anytime, shower grate in shower not grouted or siliconed in and if you stand on one corner it’s a safety issue. Room wasn’t made up by 3:30pm on both days when we returned for a sleep. Heated Towel rail didn’t turn off and made the bathroom unbearable.

Great location within walking distance of the Northern Quarter, Piccadilly station, city shopping area. Great size room with separate bedroom, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very enjoyable.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. The room itself was very clean with fantastic amenities and with the addition of Aldis next door it meant that you could make good use of the kitchen facilities! Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and it was lovely to be able to eat in the atrium without a single bit of noise from the street. Overall a lovely hotel with lovely people and would definitely stay again!

There were some construction going on during days, but it didn’t effect our rest at night.

The property was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. The room contained a kitchen with all facilities. The check-in staff Vicki was very friendly and helpful! She printed some stuff we need for us and upgraded our room to king size for free! We were also satisfied with the breakfast, which contains pastries other than just croissants, and also a selection of nuts and seeds for me to enjoy with yogurt. The hotel’s location is also central. The experience was delight and we will definitely come back again.

The only thing which let it down which wasn’t the hotels fault at all but there’s building work going on to the side of the hotel. We had a very early wake up call from the diggers at 8am on Saturday morning (even with ear plugs in!) after a late night which wasn’t ideal!!

The breakfast experience was very chaotic, very little room to move and getting around other guests was claustrophobic. The building work next door was very loud in the morning but this isn't the fault of the hotel just something to be aware of. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Loved the room, fantastic amount if space and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities available in the room were excellent. The bathroom was lovely and shower had great water pressure. The room was clean and Hairdryer had more than one setting. The courtyard was nice and spacious.
