Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I had breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. I was travelling alone and found the staff in particular the gentleman in the evening who served me both nights to be friendly and made every effort to ensure I had everything I needed. He recommend the meals I ate on both nights and the food was excellent as were his recommendations. Breakfast was equally as lovely and the staff were again excellent. I was so impressed I have booked again to bring my parents for Mothers day.

United KingdomI upgraded to sea view when I got there I was not happy with upgraded room . I went to reception and they when above and beyond to get me another room. Ended up with an amazing suite. Service is top draw as was the breakfast. Just remember the windows are quite small on the 3rd floor. All in all a amazing stay

A warm comfortable hotel. The hotel staff were professional at their jobs and on the whole welcoming without being overfamilier. Lovely and clean which made us more comfortable in the environment. Generous sized rooms and bathrooms.
