    Nothing to dislike!

What a lovely hotel! The location is superb, right on the front but it has the benefit of its own car park at the back (subject to space when you arrive) We visited the Venue Cymru and it was 5 mins easy walk away but the town is also literally a few minutes walk in the other direction. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed being in the annex room out the back. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice with plentiful hot water. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. The cooked breakfast was very tasty with quality produce and the accompanying buffet was plentiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we attend Venue Cymru in the future. It was perfect for our needs and came at a really reasonable price too! Definite value for money.

The only downside to my stay was the unsuite was small, it was very difficult to get past the sink to get into the shower

    Lovely room,

Even though floors are services by an elevator, there are still (6) steps up and down on each floor. Some "rules" that are hard to understand - fixed sitting for breakfast, order dinner by 3.30 and eat between 5.30 and 6.30, TV remote allocated on book-in.

Great location, lovely seaside view, on site bar.

Great welcome and easy check-in. Facilities explained. Breakfast booked. Best breakfast in Llandudno hotels that we have used. ( quite a few). Young lady on breakfast duties dealt with everything that was thrown at her. Brilliant.

    Better sliding bathroom door?

We noticed sadly lots of hotels are looking tired but Wichmore is keeping up. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. We've added it to our list of recommendations and returns! Thank you

Woken earlier hours by next door though so the walls aren't very thick. We booked the hotel as it had parking, but unfortunately we couldn't get a space so had to pay £20 for 28 hours at venue cymru car park.

Excellent location. We had an annexe room. Very good size room.

I could see chipped paint on the bathroom walls and I went with a big group of people and it would of been nice if the staff had put us on a big table together then the four tables we were put on. We had to ask when we went down for breakfast if we could be put together.

Great location as I was close to beach and the pier. Breakfast tasted amazing both days and usually i dont like sausages but even those tasted amazing. The room was big and i had room to move around.
