Our one roommate. He was an middle aged guy who peed next to the toilet and not in the toilet all the time. Besides he always let the bathroom door open no matter what he did inside and smoked inside the room.

I liked the cafe downstairs and the view from our room.

A little bit outside of the centre but within 10 minutes walking distance to 2 underground lines.

Very nice hostel with clean and comfortable dorms. Each bed has its own big locker and smaller locker by the bed, power, curtains and light. Very nice reception area with terrasse, coffee and bar. Staff was super welcoming.

Need to fix things faster. We had one lift for duration of my stay. Some dorms where up 7 flights of stairs. I was more fortunate on the 2nd floor

I am very picky about the bathrooms everywhere I go, and I must say that this one was clean, hygienic and had everything. The room was really quite, I stayed in a female room, and the girls were very clean, quite and friendly. The bed was really comfort, I slept very well, it actually surprised me. If I knew it was this good I would had stayed more here, as I booked only one night and then changed into another one.

Soap should be provided in any toilet/sink. It's basic hygiene for everyone. I had my own but it's a nuisance. It is kinda annoying to make your own bed in the darkness if you arrive late.

Good, efficient hostel. Clean and comfortable enough. Location is exceptional for the price. Bed has curtain, shelf, lockbox, and light and socket.

Nothing to dislike

Great location near Tower bridge and close to metro. Nice clean well laid out hostel with friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night but it was great. Nice reception area with coffee shop and downstairs a lovely bar and lounge area. A good separate guest kitchen which was nice and clean. I had been to the Wombats in Vienna and that was also very nice.

No soap in the shower area, but it is for the basin. So it is a bit of an awkward reach to the soap when showering. I understand the desire to save on resources, but all you have to do is install another liquid soap dispenser in the shower. There are two lifts, one broke down and the other is incredibly slow. Not all the rooms can be accessed stair-free (some you have to go up a few stairs on the same level. Not great if you have heavy luggage or are disabled. Can you please start assigning beds, saves having to make up your bed (not normal when compared to other hostels) and ensures you can book your preference if you have one (I have a fear of falling out from the top bunk).

The location Privacy curtains for each bed. The decent sized lockers The bathroom was clean and decently sized Your key card opened your locker inside your room - a small but very appreciated feature I also really liked the modern bathroom. It was clean and functional.

Well, the adaptors we got at the entrance ( i'm mentionig that they were free ) were kind of bad, but if one blocks it with something, it charges. Between 10 pm and 2 am the music from the lounge was loud ( but i guess that was my bad luck staying at the ground floor wright above the lounge ) and i didn't get good sleep. The beds are ok, but at 1.87 i'm at the limit and beying closed on both ends, it wont allow me to dangle a foot off. The price was ok, but close to high end for a Motel. Overall this are minor things.

I liked the location, staff, small kitchen, all the jokes written in some walls, tips akd tricks for travel, the coffee from the main lobby, the lounge and the bar. Staff was more than helpfull, smiling.
