The hotel is located in the center of the old town, so it was a great location for Exploreing, Eating, and Shopping. The requested parking spot was secured, and a porter was there to guide us on arrival and departure, so we were able to visit by car with peace of mind even in unfamiliar areas. We have stayed in a Junior Suite. It was spacious enough, and the bathtub was even equipped with a jacuzzi which I loved and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was also very delicious and service was excellent. The Room Rate which I thought was very reasonable, and this is a highly recommended hotel in Verona. If We ever have a chance to visit Verona again, We sure will stay at Accademia.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. Staff is excellent and attends to all your needs. They went above and beyond, their dinner recommendation for restaurant Grippe was so top notch a just excellent! Large rooms, excellent breakfast.

The room didn't have great lighting and since the decor was browns and beige it was rather dark. The hairdryer needs to be replaced with one that has some power. Pillows were flat as pancakes.

The Hotel Accademia is centrally located to many of the sites in Verona. The room was a good size, had good closet space and the mattress was exceptional - I would have brought it home! We didn't particularly like the decor of the room, but it's in good condition. The air conditioning works well.

The tea, coffee, and milk were not replaced each day and I had to go down and ask at reception each day. In hindsight, maybe I should have complained the first day this happened so that it could have been sorted out.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to all the sights, shops and eateries. Customer service at reception desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent variety of food available for breakfast, although it was very similar each day. Maybe a cooked to order egg station could be available some mornings.

Nothing but note that this is a larger hotel and not a small boutique hotel.

Excellent overall hotel. Beautiful hotel with excellent rooms and breakfast and was also extremely quiet. Great location. Very helpful and kind staff. This is a high-end quality hotel that exceeded our expectations. They assisted us with booking concert tickets and recommended a terrific restaurant. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Verona.

Hotel where they make you feel welcome and pampered, in a beautiful historical building in the very centre of magnificent Verona. Fabulous breakfast, smiling and professional staff, beautiful and large common spaces. I will definitely be back.

For a hotel of this high calibre, it was surprising to see cheap plastic bathroom cups. They didn’t even support the weight of a toothbrush. Should have been glass!

An excellent hotel. Comfortable, clean room with good air con and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Prompt personal drinks service and a very good selection of foods. Staff helpful, welcoming and friendly.
