Outdoor car parking, but my Kia was in good company, there was a Porsche and Ferrari in carpark on two nights.

The bed was a little soft for our liking

Great location, central to town. Supermarket across the road. Walking distance to the cable cars and mountains. Friendly staff and a great breakfast !

The sound insulation in the room is not good, we can hear our neighbors talking and snoring. The hot water coming from the shower room is a bit low.

The hotel is located close to the Ortisei city center, bus stops, and 2-3 lines of cable car stations. Supermarket is just across the street. The breakfast is good. The room is quite clean and equipped with spacious bathroom and lovely balcony with nice view. Somebody may think the design & furniture in the room is too old, but it doesn't bother us since we didn't expect to see something modern in this place, and most important of all, everything is clean and functional.

Perfect location; we did not have to use our car while there, and the hotel provides free parking and free bus passes for the valley. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, little balcony, fabulous breakfast included.

Classic, warm, welcoming hotel 200m from the citycentre. Balcony, view and good beds included. Service at the table with linnen and silver, it doesn’t get better.

Great breakfast, great location. Free parking for car but very limited. Room is spacious and lovely however there was no kettle or tea/coffee in room.

The shower. Was difficult to shower in the bathtub without getting the whole bathroom wet.

The lighting was not good in the bedroom, only one overhead light. This is an older hotel with history, not a fancy new facility

The location is great, the breakfast was good and they did not charge extra for coffee, ice or glasses. Staff was helpful and the room was very clean. Our room was quite spacious with many closets and storage areas. It is also across from a grocery store and has a table in the room for eating your goodies

The shower curtains were missing.

Breakfast was great and soo was the dinner. The staff was kind enough to change menu to suit my needs. Room was clean and serviced regularly. Location was great, close to everything important.

Mattresses could be more comfortable and wish the beds came with top sheets for a little light cover compared to the heavier comforters. They also didn't have a/c, but with windows open, it was okay, if it's hot there, I could see it being too warm. Also, housekeeping comes regardless if you have a card out asking them to not come. Lastly, an electric kettle would have been great in the room, though I'm sure we could get hot water on the ground floor.

Location was great along the main drag and easy walking distance to wherever you needed to go. Staff were great as well - we took dinner at the hotel as well and enjoyed our meals, while a little pricey they were decent value when compared with other restaurants in the area especially givem that they come with a 4 course meal. Breakfast was solid too. Free access to the public pool and to the bus system were nice inclusions that we used.

Beautiful hotel with the unique charm. Location was excellent. The service and amenities provided were excellent. Loved their breakfast and dinner. Staff was most accommodating and we will be returning very soon.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Two pillows were provided, but one of them was the thinnest pillow I have ever seen. The bedding was dated and very basic.

Wonderful location, close to shops and supermarket, beautiful building, lovely rooms, meals were very good.

No Air-conditioner made it hard to fall asleep. There was no air circulating so we needed to open the windows, which made it hard to sleep because there were sound of cars and people talking and even yelling until midnight and early morning.

Friendly staffs. Nice service. Good hot chocolate during breakfast.
