We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wonderful new hotel, kind staff and very spacious room and location unbeateable as you are next to the station and major shopping area. We loved our stay and had the best time in Kanazawa.

Wow!! by far the best accommodation we have booked in Japan. Everything perfect. Staff - polite, helpful, friendly. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was offered but we did not take this option as we had a very early start every day. The room was perfect - spacious, lots of storage options, super clean, functional ... nothing to improve. Great bathroom, shower, the kitchenette was very useful. Comfortable big beds, enough pillows etc. All brand new, clean, wish we had stayed more than 3 nights. The 2 minute walk to the train station and central bus stop to Shirawaka-Go are just added bonus. highly recommended!

Hong KongI can see there is an in-house carpark provided (1200 yen) per day from the website. This is the reason I chose this hotel. However, when I checked in the staff told me they didn't have carpark in their hotel, I had to park in the carpark nearby. There is one free breakfast for each room only. I think they can provide free breakfast for every guest as the other hotel in the same grade also provides free breakfast.
The room is big and spacious. The bed is big, soft and comfortable. The bath tub is deep enough. There are many kitchen utensils provided in the room like coffee maker (instead of Nespresso), iron & iron board, etc. The view is fair facing the Kanazawa station and carpark, but I like the huge floor-to-ceiling windows which makes the room bright. There are umbrella provided in the lobby for free to use. All areas are very tidy and clean.

There is a mall connected to the Kanazawa train station and Hyatt House is next to the mall, which is at the opposite end of the train station; location is excellent! hotel is very new and clean; very spacious; bed is comfortable; a/c is adjustable to comfortable temperature; was offered a free buffet for one pax

NorwayClosing the bar in the hotel at 7pm seem like a very strange move. We usually enjoy staying at the hotel in the evening to wind down a bit and just have some refreshments. You can buy some in their small shop but would much rather prefer to have an open bar with some choosing of drinks. Should have been open to at least 10pm.
Breakfast was nice. The rooms were great and the location next to the train station was super. Everything was very clean and looked so nice.

United StatesThe proximity to the station was amazing! Super convenient. There was also a 7-11 close by, and a lot of shopping malls. The staff were also very kind, and the rooms were nice and spacious. I especially liked that there was a microwave! The Japanese style bathroom was also great - I used the bathtub several times throughout my stay. We also received a coupon for some of the restaurants in the complex attached to the hotel, which was very convenient.
