No lift, so the bag should be not in big and the room is in 2nd floor.

Very nice, clean and systematic. Every guest is on time for meal and bath time. The room is comfortable and clean. Dinner is in big meal and also breakfast is so suitable.

Pretty strict on breakfast and dinner time to finish within 1 hour so a bit pressure to eat fast. Will prefer if they offer en-suite bathroom.

Amazing place with amazing views. Staff were so accommodating and understanding when we travelled with my toddler and grandma. Breakfast was so well prepared and tasty. Would love to visit again. Oh and the private onsen which you can book is absolutely amazing.

The lobby door will be closed on 10pm but it is also good for guest to have earlier rest. Bath time is staggered and shared with others customers.

Just located in front of Lake Kawaguchiko and face to Mt Fuji with fantastic unblock view. Walking distance to musical museum and foliage corridor.

They are very kind, hands on, the hot bath was awesome, good breakfast. You will have a majestic view of Mt Fuji. They also have heater in the room. Everything was clean.

The place is in a quiet area, and we got to see Mt Fuji directly from our room. It was something extraordinary to wake up too. The staff did not speak very good English but they were extremely helpful and accommodating making it an unforgettable experience in the best way possible. The food was homemade and simply delicious. Would love to come back and stay here again. Amazing Ryokan.

It has the most amazing view of the Mount Fuji when the sky is clear. The included dinner and breakfast are amazing. Some of the best beef ever served in the area. The picture from the google review can’t justify enough how amazing this ryokan.

Nothing on the ryokan or stuff, but I had a luck of the devil and 2 nights I stayed, it was cloudy/rainy so no mt. Fuji (got it for exactly 25s between the clouds).

Very friendly staff. I choose probably best roomview in the house on mt. Fuji. Price was affordable. If you just want ryokan room experiance I do recommend it. Room was too big for just 1 person. Very comfortable futon 8/10 would recommend.

Showering/bath is only possible during a 1 hour allotted time slot at night - no other possibilities to shower (at any other time point during the day).

The view is excellent. Our room can clearly see the whole Fuji mountain. The tradition bedroom is a fun experience for us as travelers. The breakfast is better than most of other restaurants we eat in Japan.

The traffic here is not so convenient

This Ryokan got excellent view of Fuji Mountain and Kawaguchi Lake with affordable price. The staff here were also very nice people.

The rooms are simple but very well looked after, and all of the facilities were clean and in good condition. The meals were excellent and very filling - definitely a highlight! Can’t get over how amazing the view of Fuji-san was from our room - just breathtaking! Owners were very lovely and even with limited English we managed to communicate just fine. I just wish we stayed longer!
