Staff were a bit standoffish. Hot water restrictions were interesting. Water pressure not as good as other hotels.

Closest hotel to bus and train station. Family mart across the road. Sound proofing was excellent. Daily refresh of towels and rubbish removal was excellent. Clothes line on balcony. Washing machine was very handy. Be aware of hot water restrictions. Beds mostly comfortable. Kitchen was very limited with utensils. However appreciate the oil and salt n pepper. Large fridge and freezer. Parking $800yen for 24hrs on-site.

It’s nothing too fancy, but this hotel is super convenient to everything in Takayama, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the price is excellent.

At this price...nothing.

One of the best hotels we stayed during our road trip from Chiba-Nagano to Takayama-Hamamatsu and Shizuoka peninsula. Hotel had a big discount in Feb so super value for money. Car park is at 1st level so it is super convenient. Very near restaurants and the subway. They have a washing machine in the room.

Everything. Great location, next to train and bus station. Large room by Japanese standards. Basically a self contained unit with laundry, kitchenette, separate toilet and bathroom. At a very good price. Best stay out of 6 stays so far?

Nothing. You need to walk a few minutes to get to the city centre but the city is small so it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes.

Location is great. The hotel is 1 minute away from the train station, it was very practical and easy to find. The room was big and well equipped. We were at the 11th floor so even with the station in proximity we didn’t hear any noise from the outside.

Great location next to the JR and bus station. Close to restaurants etc and within walking distance of Old Town Katayama with all the nice shops and restaurants. Very spacious room, with fully equiped kitchen. Complementary sake in the fridge was a nice touch. Nice beds, great shower. About halfway our trip the washing machine / dryer combination was very useful. Really liked our stay here!

The space and facilities, and the washing machine in the apartment. It was great being able to put a load of washing on and leave to go touring, knowing it didn't matter when we got back to the apartment as it wasn't holding any other guest up.

The room was big & comfy, more than expected. There is a balcony overlooking the train station and mountains, but very quiet. It is literally 30 seconds to the bus station, and another 30 to the train station, thus perfectly located.

Great apartment-hotel with the amenities needed. We had gotten tired of staying in hotels and having a washing machine and cooker was a great relief. Location is good right next to train and bus stations but still quiet. Town is walkable easily.

Good property specially if you're spending more than one night. The room is very big, they have washer/dryer in the room, space to cook and even a deal with another hotel (10m walking) to use their onsen.
