I really liked the style of the room. Also the room was a little bit larger than standard hotel rooms in Japan. I really enjoyed the japanese breakfast.

CanadaAlthough the breakfast was beautiful, I didn't somehow want to eat it again the next day and opted for breakfast elsewhere and would have preferred a simple buffet for more variety. The option to get coffee in the hotel would be a wonderful addition as well. The areas for storage could be organized better, perhaps the fridge cabinet could be placed for closest access. Tight quarters for suitcase storage. More clear signage in English and other main languages and pictographs for the etiquette and use of the bath would be appreciated.
Loved the location especially as it was directly opposite the Omicho Market and within walking distance to other tourist attractions. The onsen was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The room and hotel was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Appreciated the use of pyjamas and toiletries. Very easy check in and check out. Super quiet at night for a restful sleep.

AustraliaIdeally located 10 minutes flat walk from Kanazawa Station. Check in was a breeze and the staff are extremely pleasant and will help you with local restaurant options if necessary. The hotel is opposite Omichi fish market and a comfortable walk to Higashi Chaya district. At the train station you can buy a full day loop bus pass for 800 yen which allows to hop on and off at the various sights around the city. As with all of Japan there is a Family Mart convenience store nearby. I must inform you the rooms are traditional style so the beds and sofa are at floor level which could be difficult if you have mobility problems. We would definitely stay here again.

LithuaniaRoom is a great option for 2 persona, but not for 4, if you travel with luggages. Strange room arrangement - toilet, bathroom and sink are in different places. No mirror in bathroom.
Stylish, modern, japanese style hotel. Big and comfy beds with few types of pillows. High quality amenities in the room. Big TV with a great option - check current status of washing machine and private bath availability. Great public bath.

AustraliaThe breakfast wasn't great. No coffee, and the meal is a set meal so if you don't like what you're given, you don't have any other options. It was a very Japanese style breakfast with a lot of fish and pickles - which is great if you love a big breakfast but not great if you just want a piece of toast and a coffee.
This was a great hotel - well located, very clean, and the perfect mix of Japanese style/service/amenities with western style. One of the bigger rooms that we stayed in during our trip as well. There is no car parking at the hotel, but there is a car park on the street directly behind the building so we never had any issues with parking.

United KingdomVery modern minimal hotel with stylish low beds and nice pyjamas. Right opposite Omicho market and a 20 minute walk from station. Short walk to the historic areas. They don’t have a proper concierge desk but some staff who help you check in with self service machines. There is coin laundry, water and ice machine and the facilities are very good. Didn’t try the public bath. They also have lockers in the entrance to store your luggage.
