We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a fairly new hotel. Everything is spotless with gorgeous garden views. Rooms are well-stocked and options in the breakfast buffet are unbeatable. The staff are simply wonderful. Our best hotel stay in Japan for the least price.

CanadaOur room was facing the side of the building, and the audible walk/don't walk signals were someone annoying, though they seemed to shutoff after midnight. The garden/fountain in the middle of the courtyard is beautiful, it's a shame they don't seem to use it as more than just a visual feature.
Fantastic hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. Lots of little touches of luxury throughout the hotel and in rooms. Our room was rather large and had everything we needed for a great stay. The front desk staff were really helpful in assisting with booking local restaurants (they recommended an amazing family owned sushi restaurant a short walk away). Kanazawa is a very walkable city, and this hotel helps you take advantage with it's super central location.

The hotel was located near the train station and a lot of the sightseeing attractions. We were able to walk to the famous market, gardens, castle and shrines. Staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel's decor was tastefully designed. So was the garden landscape. We appreciated the high quality amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Handy having laundry facilities with live updates in your tv. Shuttle bus to & from the station was also very useful. A stones throw from the market and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety, fresh sushi, eggs & many local delicacies. Be sure to try the Kanazawa curry - doesn’t look much but it was great. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

An extremely well presented and decorated hotel. The rooms were well appointed and spacious for Japanese hotels. We loved the carpets and the general decor of the establishment. It’s also well situated for the castle and market.

SwitzerlandBar requires an extra charge per person after 17:00. It seems the strategy is to refrain guests to use the hotelbar in the evening. The extra charge makes it rather expensive if consuming only one drink. Furthermore its difficult to reserve the inhouse restaurant as hotelguest. We did not have the chance to try. Reception staff however, is very helpful and kind in finding other reataurants nearby.
