Great location, short walk from the bus and train stations. Super friendly and helpful staff, stored our bags for us after we checked out as we had a tour to go to that day. There are vending machines and a microwave is available. Coffee and tea available for free during the day till 9pm.

Good location, close to the station and the old town. Bikes to hire for free. Jacuzzi and steam room were nice to relax in. Room was clean with all the necessary facilities.

God breakfast selection, nice that they served coffee for free even after breakfast time was over. Loved that you could rent bikes for free. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating even though it was hard for them to communicate with us since we don’t speak japanese.

The room was spacious and location was less than 5 mins from Takayama Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also served free coffee at the cafe until 2200pm. Free rental of bikes on first come first serve basis.

It would have been really nice to have that free coffee all day long!

It was located very close to the train and bus station, and from a walking distance to the city center. The room was quite spacious compared to other rooms we stayed in during our trip. The hotel also provided free coffee (starting at 1pm) and they also have free bikes for rent. We took some of them and it was great!

Just one little thing: the bathroom exhaust fan is noisy and you can’t stop it, no big deal but if something could be improved, that’s it.

Perfect location, 2 minutes from the train and the bus stations, 15 minutes to the old town. Excellent price for a very nice hotel. Bedding and shower are perfect. Good breakfast, not huge choice but all excellent and well done. Kind, welcoming and efficient staff.

Opposite the station which is very convenient but also close to the other areas of Kanazawa since it is a fairly small town. The room was the standout feature as it was quite a lot larger than other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in Japan. The hotel has a slightly dated feel in the common areas but the rooms have been modernised to some extent and it’s very comfortable.

If you have a light sleep, you might have a Problem, because at night some ventilation devices start in your room, you cant control it and makes some noise also you cant stop the Fan in the bathroom, makes noise too

I love the location, it is easy for foreign people, especially if they are traveling alone. The hotel is clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will book the same hotel if I am visiting again some days.
