The only criticism I have is that the roof terrace is currently undergoing refurbishment. If I'd known that before my stay I might have looked elsewhere, or postponed my stay. The views from there are great, so once it's complete I'm sure it will be a fantastic place to watch the sunset.

The location is hard to beat. 5 minutes walk from the Sultanahmet mosque, and maybe 10 minutes in the other direction to the Kumkapi district. The hotel is well kept & communications are good in the run-up to your stay.

Everything was wonderful. We had a family suite with a wraparound balcony and partial view of the Bosphorus sea. We had issue flushing the toilet. Maybe it is due to low water pressure ? But the maintenance folk was quick to repair it.

Says hotel had parking, but only on the street, and they charged you each night for it. Getting there was miserable with many small one way streets and the way of the streets was incorrect on Google Maps

Checkin and breakfast were great. Staff was helpful and spoke english.

Our rooms not being cleaned properly and our room was not ready the night we arrived we had to stay separately for the first night then move to our room the next day but they were still very helpful apologetic about it

Location of the hotel is amazing as its close to most attaractions, hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. It is clean but not to the standard i think this should be improved especially the last three days our room was not being cleaned, I had to ask them to clean it properly. Breakfast was good, overall it was a good hotel and you get what you paid for and i would definitely recommend.

The team were really friendly and helpful. They even went as far as surprising one of us with a birthday cake which was lovely. The location is easy to find and in the middle of all the tourist attractions but set aside from the main street so it didn’t feel too hectic. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is around 12 minutes from the local train station so if you want to see other parts of the city it is easy to do so.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, the hotel have the best terrace and good view of the sea and good breakfast. Just 2 minutes by walk to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia and 2 minutes to Tram . The best of personal ever seen before they are very kindly and helpful special thanks to Serkan , Mesut and Yiĝit . I will go back soon .

The room was clean, but there was a bit of a mildew smell. The terrace was under renovation and we couldn't use it, which was a pity.

The location was great, very near to major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to anwer to all our questions. The room was nicely decorated and cozy. We had sea view from our balcony

Having no elevator while staying on upper floor and having a lot of luggage was a negative but I had help from the staff carrying it up the stairs (even at 01:30!!)

Location is terrific with the exception of the noise from the call to prayer. It’s in the heart of everything in old town Istanbul! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was an added bonus and one of the reasons why we booked our stay at Rumours Inn! Bottled water available, hair dryer, ample pillows, hot water, plenty of space in room, the rooftop terrace was also a great surprise for us! We were also working remotely during our stay and the downstairs lobby was a perfect cozy, warm and welcoming space for this!

Nice selection of food for breakfast. Brilliant location, close to main area for tourist attractions. I like the hotel has a travel sustainable status. I liked the aesthetics of the hotel - the art and decor and unique designs.

Room need little maintenance.not bad at all but maintenance required ceiling lamp totally deteriorated, bathroom lock sticky and difficult to open.

Although staff was there every time to help with luggage but lack of elevator is something that was bothersome for us. But whenever we had luggage they helped us.

The entire staff was very friendly, providing a comfortable environment. The breakfast was served by Shukran with her greetings, which is something worth remembering. The location is amazing with cosy interior.

The 2 flights of stairs. Using your key to have the light on. But I’ll still happily go back to staying there.

The water pressure and temperature was amazing. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money, with great breakfast included, & it’s close to everything.
