He even helped us to make booking for the hot air balloon at a discounted price. The location is just right since driving to places of interest took less than 10 minutes. very modern, clean and nice hotel. I didn't like a detail in my room and immediately somebody came to change it. staff could speak English and deal with everything very easily. even the invoice was prepared upfront on time. sauna in the evening was nicely warm 80C and it was a good relaxation after long day.
