Our facility includes a restaurant and bar, Kaira Rooftop, and an underground Turkish Bath and Spa. These additional services are not included in the room rates. The place is dreamy and felt like home. super cozy and every room is unique, there is something special and different about each room. I liked the soap that is thyme soap and looks hand made. Hotel staff were so welcoming, super friendly and helpful just like we know each other since long time. Side note: including the dogs (Izmir and her 2 daughters) 🤣. Breakfast food was yummy, felt like Turkish real home made food. There are also terrace and closed area where we sat and enjoyed our stay. This was my first stay but definitely it will not be the last.

The hotel is certified as eco-friendly by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Amazing room and staff, especially the ladies at the reception. It was by far our best stay in Turkey. The spa was also very complete and was open until late. Besides, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kaiseri and just an avenue away from the airport

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they arranged our ballons ride and tour of the area. The spa had a nice design.
