Very nice accommodation clean, well presented and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for our short stay. Also location was handy for us.

Sea Breeze B & B is a beachfront property located in Napier, 100 metres from Napier Beach and 1.3 km from McLean Park. Location was perfect, host couldn't have been nicer, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was yummy! Exactly what you could hope for out of a BnB.

Featuring a garden and views of sea, 415 Marine Parade is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Napier, 400 metres from Napier Beach. Just A maz ING !!! What a treat to stay. A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. Ahuriri Studio Cottage is located in Napier, 3 km from Pania of the Reef Statue, 3.1 km from Bluff Hill Lookout, as well as 22 km from Splash Planet. I loved staying here! She recommended wonderful places for me to visit and totally made my trip in Napier. Thank you!

Set in Napier, within 1.7 km of McLean Park and 600 metres of Pania of the Reef Statue, Laneway Apartments offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a bar and a garden. Had some bad luck as Cyclone Gabrielle hit right when we were staying here. Power was out, there was no cell reception and Napier was completely cut-off (there was no way in or out of the city). Greg and Wendy were extremely accommodating and gracious hosts, letting us stay at the apartment 2 days past our booking dates with no prior notice and providing us with a radio so we could stay informed. They were incredibly kind hosts during a very stressful period of our holiday! On top of that, having spent a lot of time in the apartment (as there was not much else to do during the power outage), it is a truly great place to stay. A very cosy apartment, tastefully decorated within the art deco theme Napier is known for and stocked with plenty of board games and other amenities to keep you entertained and to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, upon arrival we found that there was a spiced bread, jellies and butter waiting for us, which was a very nice touch. 100% would stay again!

Featuring a balcony with mountain views, free bikes and a garden, MnM's BnB can be found in Napier, close to Napier Beach and 2.5 km from Hardinge Road Beach. Wonderful accommodation! Breakfast was extremely thoughtful and delicious. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Views from the room are incredible, especially if you catch the sunrise. Location is great, can walk to centre of town. Do note: the driveway is very steep and long (it is a shared driveway for multiple houses) so walking back up may be difficult for some. This was our best accommodation in New Zealand. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Maree and Mike (and Dougal)!

Offering an outdoor pool and a balcony with both garden and pool views, Bluff Hill Bed & Breakfast is just a 4-minute drive from Port of Napier. Free Wi-Fi and free parking is included. We loved everything. Kitty is a wonderful, friendly helpful host. Her breakfasts are amazing with the best homemade breads, particularly our favorite sourdough. Our cozy cottage had everything we needed, and the big beautiful pool surrounded by banks of flowers was so refreshing and welcome. Don't miss the good walk up to Bluff Hill for spectacular views of the port, town, and ocean. Walking down to town and back up may seem a challenge, but it's not. We did it several times. If you are a dog lover you will get an enthusiastic greeting from two adorable tiny Miniature schnauzers! We can't wait for a return visit.

Located in Mahia, within 2.2 km of Mahia Beach, Ocean Waters offers accommodation with air conditioning. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The view is amazing, the house is compact but spacious and very clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, in terms of cooking, serving, entertaining etc. Bed was comfy, sofa was comfy, TV etc. great. Highly recommend! It's only a short drive from the shops/beach (5 mins).
