The house is spotless and the owner who lives on the floor below brought us things she cooked, and an incredible bread (corn flour?) baked at a nearby bakery that her family runs. The location is great too. Just by the beach and 1-minute walk from a good restaurant (Adega Acoriana)

This is definitely the best place to stay in Pico. Everything is perfect about it - the location is very secluded, at least it was for us - no neighbours, quiet. Stunning views of the ocean, beautiful garden, pool. The whole atmosphere of the place is so special and the style the house is decorated in resonated with us on some level.
