I love the feel of this old building. It’s what I would expect a hotel this age to look and feel like. The decor is warm and quiet and welcoming. It’s kind of a maze, but that is part of the charm. The location is right in the heart of the city and surrounded by lovely buildings. I adore the breakfast staff!

Beautiful location, lovely house, comfortable rooms & superb breakfast. This place is a real gem & easily walkable to the sites and city center. The staff is also lovely, attentive & kind - my friend left something behind & they graciously posted it to us in Edinburgh. A must stay!!

Clean comfortable and friendly. The staff made us feel completely welcome. Excellently crafted cocktails and very delicious food. We arrived and saw no need to leave to go anywhere else for the evening. After dinner, while our traveling companions went to bed, my husband and I stayed in the bar and felt quite at home playing a game.

Bridge of Allan is easily accessed from the motorway and well located for exploring the Central Belt, as well as being a quiet destination itself. It has a good range of shops, although we only found one supermarket (Co-op) in the town. There is a range of places to eat and drink to suit most pockets and tastes, though booking is recommended in smaller places. Really beautiful cottage in quiet location close to tourist attractions. Elegant bedrooms, all possible amenities provided, with many thoughtful touches to make us feel at home. Lovely period details. Three very good bedrooms and good sized kitchen dining. The sofa bed in the fourth was a little uncomfortable to sleep on so I would say that the property is better for parties that only needing three bedrooms. There is a small shower room (at the moment) which again would suit a smaller party, but we understand that the owner has plans to enlarge it.SJWUnited Kingdom

The location is very close to Stirling University within easy walking distance and close to the local town of Bridge of Allan and Stirling is also within easy reach. It wasn't too far from Bridge of Allan which has everything you need but if you want to just stay around the pods then you can enjoy the fresh air and just chill. The owner is very friendly and will happily suggest places to visit and anything else. It is a working farm so be prepared to have a hen walk into your pod etc. I edited my post after it had been reviewed as my photo had still not uploaded when posted.

There were extras and even a small can of milk in the fridge. Everything was well laid out and it's in a beautiful spot. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful, something that matters if you have used airbnb's and hotels often. I can't think of anything to fault it.
