A hidden gem! We absolutely loved this hotel & the amazing staff! Every good thing you read about this hotel is true! We had 4 nights at Hotel Ariele & it was extremely comfortable & have room 14 was fantastic.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. Service, food, pool on the top, saves the summer:)

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come again. The breakfast was nice as well and the room very clean.

The facade and interior design of the hotel spell old world charm, very much a traditional hotel with 24-hour concierge and attentive bellmen. Breakfast was fabulous and the breakfast salon, although windowless, doesn't feel claustrophobic. I visited during the Christmas holidays and the staff didn't falter in service nor showed displeasure for being on duty during the holidays. The wi-fi worked seamlessly too. Most noteworthy besides being in a fantastic and quiet location close to the Arno, is the possibility of vehicles entering the zone without being fined. Guests could even use front parking space when available
